SOMERSET QUARTER SESSIONS. - The Michaelmas sessions commenced at Wells on Tuesday. The chief matter on the agenda paper for the day's business was Mr. H. W. HOSKINS's notice of motion that the court should take into consideration the expediency of forming a Mendicity Society for Somerset.
