IMPORTANT SALE of Valuable FREEHOLD PROPERTIES, comprising Daws and Hadworthy Farm, “Batts” House, “Batts” Cottage, Whitings Farm, some very attractive Small Holdings, and several Accommodation Closes of Rich Grazing Meadow and Pasture, and productive Orchard and Arable Lands, containing altogether about 260 Acres.

MORRIS, SONS, & PEARD will SELL by AUCTION, at the Royal Clarence Hotel, Bridgwater, on WEDNESDAY, 13th JULY, 1898, at 2.30 precisely, the above PROPERTIES, at present occupied by the Rev. HODSON, Messrs. THOMAS HUTCHINGS, JOHN BURNETT, ROBERT. POCOCK, A. SMITH, J. POCOCK, J. SLOCOMBE, ISAAC ESCOTT, B. LAKE, W. MOAT, JOHN FOSTER, and F. BURSTON, as tenants thereof.
