TAUNTON.

WILLIAM J. VILLAR & Co. are instructed to SELL by AUCTION, at their Sale-room, adjoining the General Post Office, Taunton, on FRIDAY, DECEMBER 30th, 1904, at Four for Five p.m. (subject to conditions), the following Valuable FREEHOLD PROPERTIES, viz.:-

IN BELVEDERE ROAD.

LOT 1. - All that convenient RESIDENCE known as No. 2, Belvedere Road, containing Entrance Passage, Dining and Drawing Rooms, 4 Bedrooms (two of which are very large with two windows), 2 w.c.'s, Kitchen, Scullery, and the usual Offices, also small Garden. This lot is let to Mr. BROWN at an annual rental of £22.

LOT 2. - The adjoining RESIDENCE, No. 3 Belvedere Road, similarly constructed, and in the occupation of Mr. JACOBS as yearly tenant.

IN NOBLE STREET.
