WILLIAM J. VILLAR & CO. are instructed by the First Mortgagees and Trustees, to SELL by PUBLIC AUCTION, at their Sale Room, adjoining the General Post-office, Taunton, on WEDNESDAY, JUNE 8th, 1910, at Three for Four p.m. (subject to conditions:-
LOT 1. - All that Modern and Well-built CAKE and BISCUIT FACTORY, situate at the corner of Railway and Thomas Streets, and having important frontages thereto.
The Property is specially suited for the purpose of Manufacturers, being well lighted, and situate close to the Station and to the houses of the working-class population. It comprises Two Floors, and has, exclusive of cellarage, a floor space of about 10,400 superficial feet.
There is a Goods' Lift from the cellar to each floor above.
The Modern Plant and Machinery will be included in the Sale.
If the Factory is not sold with the Machinery as above advertised, the Fixed Machinery will be offered as a Separate Lot, and if so disposed of, the Factory will be then submitted.
LOT 2. - All that Valuable WAREHOUSE and BUILDING SITE, situate on the opposite side of Thomas Street to the foregoing.
