WILLIAM J. VILLAR & Co. are instructed to SELL by AUCTION at the George Hotel, High Street, Taunton, on FRIDAY, DECEMBER 15th, 1911, at Four for Five p.m. (subject to Conditions), immediately after the Sale of the Estate of the late Mrs. CARNES, the undermentioned

DWELLING-HOUSES and SHOPS.

IN UPPER HIGH STREET.

LOT 1. - The SHOP and THREE FRONT DWELLING-HOUSES, with the Site of Two Cottages and Yard at the rear, being Nos. 37, 38, and 39, Upper High Street, and Court No. 11.

No 37 consists of Sitting-room, Four Bedrooms, Kitchen, &c. Tenant, Mr. BEDE. Gross rental, £10 8s per annum, and water-rate.

No. 38 consists of Front Shop, Sitting-room, Four Bedrooms, Kitchen, &c. Tenant, Mrs. BENNETT. Gross rental, £12 7s per annum.
