PITNEY.

WOUNDED. - On Thursday Mr. James COX., sen., received a letter from Sergeant F. JENKINS, stating that his son, Private Edward COX, of the Canadian Expeditionary Force, had been wounded in the left arm. Private COX went to Canada about six years ago, and joined the Canadian Expeditionary Force in March last, and came to England in May. He then went through a course of training in Kent for a short time, during which period he came home to Pitney on a few days leave. He then proceeded to France.
