KINGSBURY EPISCOPI.

THE ROLL OF HONOUR. - Mr. and Mrs. George READ <sic> have received an official intimation from the War Office that their eldest son, Private Sidney REED, of the Somerset L.I., has been killed in action. The deceased was previously reported as missing since July 1st. The late Private Sidney REED was 30 years of age, and was well-known in the parish and district for his unfailing good humour and cheery manner. He worked for Mr. J. R. SAVIDGE, butcher, for 15 years, and joined Kitchener's Army eleven days after the outbreak of war, so that he had served almost two years. He had been to the front for eleven months. Very much sympathy is expressed with his parents in their great sorrow. The two other sons of Mr. and Mrs. REED are also in the Army, one is serving in France and the other is expecting to go to the Front shortly.
