MAJOR M. F. CELY TREVILIAN'S WILL.

Major Maurice Fearing CELY TREVILIAN, late West Somerset Yeomanry, of Midelney Manor, Drayton, a former High Sheriff of Somerset, and a freeman of Taunton, who wrote and produced several pageants in the district, and who died on December 4th last, aged 51, left estate of the gross value of £7,197, with net personalty £5,134. Probate of his will has been granted to his widow, Mrs. Mary Susanna Frances Imbert CELY TREVILIAN, of the same address, Lieut.-Colonel Frances Remi Imbert ATHILL (retd.), of Brinkburn, High House, Long Framlington, Northumberland, and Basil Richard WOOLLCOMBE, solicitor, of Theobalds-road, Grays Inn, London, W.C.

Testator desired to be buried in the churchyard of Drayton, “where Trevilians have in the past been wont to be buried.”

He left his household and personal effects to his wife, all rents, profits, and income accruing or due to him from property at Midelney to his successor in that estate; and the residue of the property as to one moiety upon trust for his wife for life, and subject thereto equally between all of his children attaining majority.
