CHEMICAL WARFARE.
EXAMINATION SUCCESSES.
Members of the Taunton Detachment of the British Red Cross Society recently took an examination in chemical warfare. The examiner was Captain H. W. SPURRELL, M.C., S.L.I., (adjt.), and the lecturer, Lieut.-Colonel M. P. CORKERY, O.B.E., R.A.M.C.
All the candidates obtained good marks, two of them, Section-Leaders N. S. ALLEN and M. V. L. COLLARD, obtaining more than 90 per cent.
Others who passes were:- Quartermaster G. J. MAPLEDORAM, Section-Leader N. S. ALLEN, Section-Leader A. J. HUXTABLE, C. AMOR, L. A. BOXALL, M. V. L. COLLARD, T. F. T. CHAMBERS, G. HAMILTON, W. S. HUMPHRIES, H. T. OATEN, T. PARRATT, W. H. STUTT, L. TRUMP, E. BEESLEY, A. F. COLEMAN, W. DARCH, N. W. PAYNE, and H. PRING.
