THE LATE MR. JAMES JENKINS. - The funeral of Mr. James JENKINS, of 45, Boret-street, took place at the Wellington Cemetery on Thursday. Deceased, who was 67 years of age, died in the Wellington Hospital on Saturday. Born at Pitminster on December 1st, 1867, Mr. JENKINS came to Wellington to live at the age of 47 years. He worked at the Poole Brickworks for 22 years, after which he was employed by Messrs. Fox Bros & Co., Ltd. He had worked for that firm for 20 years, being latterly employed as? a night watchman at Tone. For a large number of years Mr. JENKINS was a bellringer at the West Buckland Church. He was also a member of the Ancient Order of Druids, and was well known throughout the district. He was taken to the hospital on Friday, his death taking place the following day. He leaves a widow, three sons, five daughters and twenty grand-children
