PROPERTY LEFT TO HIS BROTHER.

Lieut.-Colonel Arthur G. BOYLE, of 38, Gay Street, Bath, and of the West Somerset Yeomanry, formerly of Prince Albert's Somerset Light Infantry, who saw service in the Boer War, J.P. for Somerset, who died 30th June last, aged 46 years, eldest son of the late Col. Gerald Edmund BOYLE, and grandson of the first Earl of Cottenham, left estate of the gross value of £9,226 5s. 11d., of which the net personalty has been sworn at £507 7s. 7d. Probate of his will, dated April 10th, 1908, has been granted to his brother, Mr. Reginald Courtenay BOYLE, of The Grove, Cheddon Fitzpaine, Taunton, and Mr. Richard Mountford WOOD, of 9, New Square, Lincolns Inn, W.C. The testator left all of his property to his brother, Mr. Reginald Courtenay BOYLE, “because of the help he has been to me during my wife's illness, and in accordance with what I know to be her wishes.”
