John WILLETT, 43, stealing a pint of gin, the property of George WONNACOTT, at Long Ashton, on Jan. 14th, 20 days' hard labour.

James BOWMAN, 31, unlawfully obtaining goods from Mary PAYTON, also from Lucy GREEN a quanti y <sic> of meat, at Bruton, on January 12th, 15 months' hard labour.

Samuel BALCH, 17, stealing 4lbs. of bread, the property of Jeremiah GREEN, at Bruham, on January 17th, 1 week's hard labour, and whipped.

Robert CARNELL, 25, obtaining, under false pretences, 30s. from Sandy THAYER, at Blagdon, on May 4th, 2 months' hard labour.

Thomas BELBIN, 18, stealing a duck, the property of John DAVIS, at Charlton Horethorne, on January 21st, 2 months' hard labour.

Richd. LUSTY, 29, stealing a pair of slippers, three pair of shoes, one pair of boots, and two pieces of leather, the property of Jesse COOPER, at Frome, in November last,

Alfred JOYCE, 24, stealing ten oranges, the property of Cornelius DRISCOLL, at Frome, on January 23rd, 4 years' penal servitude.

George COOK, 52, stealing three Cochin-China fowls, the property of Francis Charles FERRIS, at Weston, on January 17th, 4 years' penal servitude.

Joyce WALLIS, 51, John WALLIS, 20, Thomas WALLIS, 15, and John PENNY, 15, stealing three bushels of wheat, the property of Robert PAGE, Esq., at Babcary, on January 27th, the two former to 4 months' and the two latter to 14 days' hard labour.

Thomas MARTIN, 46, stealing two gallons of cider, the property of Thomas ALLEN, at West Lydford, on January 29th, 4 months' hard labour.

Thomas URCH, 38, stealing fourteen quartern loaves of bread, the property of Thomas CREASE, at Westbury, on January 31st, 14 days' hard labour.

William RUSSELL, 15, stealing two gallons of cider, the property of Thos. ALLEN, at West Lydford, Jan. 29th, 4 month's hard labour.

George MILLARD, 15, stealing 1s., the property of John DAVIS, at Shepton Mallet, 6 weeks' hard labour and whipped.

Ruth MATTHEWS, 36, unlawfully and falsely pretending to Eliza AMES, that she would rule her planet and tell her fortune, and obtaining from her 6d., and two shawls, value 15., with intent to defraud her of the same, at Frome, 6 months' hard labour.

George THICK, 16, stealing a shawl, the property of Ann THICK, at Frome, 2 weeks' hard labour and whipped.

William DORE, 19, entering the dwelling-house of Rd. BENCE, at Weston, and stealing a gun, value £2, 4 years' penal servitude.

Harry KNIGHT, 20, stealing a bag containing a quantity of bran, beans, and chaff, the property of Walter DODIMEAD, 2 months' hard labour.

Ann STOKES, 20, stealing a counterpane and a sheet, the property of Joseph James MATTHEWS, at Frome, 12 months' hard labour.

Ann NORRIS, 21, stealing various articles, to the value of 5s. 2d., the property of Jane HACKER, also a flannel petticoat, the property of Thomas Nutt HARTLAND, at Somerton, 3 months' hard labour.

George SPILLER, 16, breaking the dwelling-house of Saml. PERRY, and stealing a clock, also breaking the dwelling-house of Susanna HOCKEY, and stealing a box and other articles, at Whitestaunton, 6 months' hard labour and whipped.

James PERRY, 17, stealing a fowl, the property of Alfred HUDDY, also two fowls, the property of Joseph DUKE, at Dowlish wake, 5 months' hard labour.

William CREES, 17, stealing 3 lbs. of suet, the property of John FRANCIS, at Yeovil, 1 month's hard labour.

John TURNER, 17, stealing from the dwelling-house of his master, Robert CHICK, at Chard, 3 lbs. of barley meal, 4 years' penal servitude; Lawrence COLLINS, 16, receiving the above, well knowing it to have been stolen, 2 months' hard labour and whipped.

Shadrach WEBBER, 27, stealing a quantity of wheat, value 1s. 3d., the property of Stephen MEAD, at Fivehead, 2 months' hard labour.

Walter ISAACS, 20, and Winford WATTS, 22, unlawfully and riotously assembling, with other persons unknown, and demolishing the windows of the dwelling-house of Edmd. SATHERLEY, at Kingsbury Episcopi, the former to 9 months' and the latter to 6 months' hard labour.

Mary Ann LOCK, 27, Ann TILLEY, 31, Mary Ann BESGROVE, 32, and Hannah BANBURY, 19, riotously assembling at the house of Isaac HUMPHREY, at Kingsbury Episcopi, and stealing therefrom a quantity of bread, the three former ones to 1 month's and the latter to 14 days' hard labour.

Samuel STAGG, 16, stealing a waistcoat and other articles, the property of Amos WORNER, at Yeovil, 2 months' hard labour and whipped.

Jane PALMER, 28, stealing 16 lbs. of beef, the property of Samuel FANE, at Stoke-under-Hambdon, 1 month's hard labour.

George YOUNG, 30, and William BUTLER, 54, stealing a quantity of swede turnips, value 2s., the property of George FROST, at Yeovil, the latter 1 month's and the former 14 days' hard labour.

William THOMPSON, 24, receiving £5, the money of Thomas ARNOLD, at Northover, well knowing the same to have been stolen, 8 months' hard labour.

William KNOBBS, 28, stealing 4 lbs. of bread, 4lbs. of meat, and a pair of Wellington boots, value 4s., the property of Job OSMENT, at Yeovil, 3 months' hard labour.

Ann LOCK, 60, stealing three dozen pairs of cloth, silk, and Lisle thread gloves, value £2, and a quantity of materials, value £1, the property of J. Winter WALKER, at Stoke-under-Hambdon, 2 months' hard labour.

Matilda PESTER, 29, stealing a like quantity of gloves, &c., as in the former case, the property of J. W. WALKER, 2 months' hard labour.

Elizabeth STURGESS and Emily PILTON, obtaining by false pretences, from Mary MAIDMENT, at Yeovil, goods and money to the amount of £6 18s. 9d., with intent to cheat and defraud her of the same, the former to 12 months' and the latter to 9 months' hard labour.

Benjamin DENNING, 34, uttering a counterfeit shilling at Chard, 20 days' hard labour.

Samuel TALBOT, 55, stealing a bag and 75 lbs. of potatoes, the property of Richard HUMPHRY, at Kingsbury Episcopi, 2 months' hard labour.

Joseph MERCHANT, 37, stealing a tin box, a rosewood work-box, and twenty-five pawn tickets, the property of John TAYLOR, at Frome, 3 months' hard labour.

Mary Ann SMALL, 19, stealing a handkerchief, the property of Corporal John SPACKMAN, at Wells, 4 years' penal servitude.

Ann LAMB, 52, stealing a loaf of bread, value 9d., the property of John GAY, at Temple Coombe, 6 weeks' hard labour.

Thomas PRING, 21, stealing a cloth coat, the property of Samuel HARRIS, at Marston Bigott, 4 months' hard labour.

Elizabeth JOHNSON, 30, stealing from the person of Thos. BISHOP, at Frome, a silver watch, value 23s., 14 years' transportation.

James SMALL, 14, stealing from the dwelling-house of the Rev. W. B. HEATHCOTT, at Wells, four 2 lb. loaves and other provisions, value about 8s., 3 months' hard labour and whipped.

James COOK, 24, stealing a spade, the property of Rd. GIFFORD, at West Pennard, 6 years' penal servitude.

William DUNKERTON, 19, stealing 12 lbs. of hay, value 6d., the property of Frederick RICHMOND, at Shepton Mallet, 4 months' hard labour.

Stephen SMITH, 37, stealing a measuring tape, value 10s., the property of George COLLIER, at Burton, 20 days' hard labour.

Henry Hodge COX, 38, stealing a cow and calf, value £16, the property of Chas. BERRYMAN, at Wookey, on the 27th of February last, 6 years' penal servitude.
