WILLITON.

Brothers in Trouble.

A week ago, the lock-up premises of Mr R. J. BROWNING, of Mount Pleasant, were broken into during the early morning and about 50lbs. of meat - beef, mutton, and pork – stolen. The police searched the houses of Sidney James BINDING, at Five Bells, and a brother, Robert John BINDING, living in Mill Street, and found several pieces of pork, freshly salted, joints of beef, mutton, and pork, all roasted, a roasted duck, and another rough-picked, which were believed to have been stolen, and three bags of potatoes, also alleged to have been stolen. Three charges were preferred against the BINDINGs at the Williton Police Court, when they were committed for trial at Somerset Assize, bail being allowed.
