DIOCESE OF BATH AND WELLS.

The Rev. W. H. BRAUND, formerly incumbent of Ash, and head master of the Grammar School, Martock, and late curate of St. James's, Bath, has been appointed to the curacy of Feckenham, Worcester.

We hear that the Rev. J. H. PINDER, Canon of Wells Cathedral, and formerly Principal of the Theological College in that city, is very seriously ill at Malvern, and that but faint hopes of restoration to health are now entertained.

The sole charge of the Parish of Durston is vacant; patron, the Rev. W. S. TOMKINS, M.A.
