MARTOCK REPOSITORY SALE.

MR. POOL'S NEXT SALE will be held in a field close to the Martock Railway Station, on TUESDAY, JUNE 14th, 1881, commencing at two o'clock.

PRESENT ENTRIES:- 2 well-grazed steers; 2 do. heifers; 10 fat ewes; 5 fat heifers; new scarifier; quantity of new rick cloths, of various sizes; hay-making machine; four-horse power thrashing machine; new one-horse putt; ditto pony trap, with springs; 16½ acres of grass in Wetmoor until Christmas. To view, apply to Mr. ANDREW WORNER, at Long Load. Also Wetmoor, 6a. 3r. 15p.; Bow Mead, 3a. 0r. 2p., late in the occupation of Mr. SEALEY DYER. All that PIECE or PARCEL of ARABLE LAND, called “The Withy Bear,” or “Werber,” situate at Long Load aforesaid, containing, by admeasurement 1r. 22p., or thereabouts, and numbered 770 on the Martock Tithe Map, late the property of Mr. GEORGE MASTERS, deceased.

The Property is leasehold, and is held for the term of 500 years, which commenced on or about the 30th June, 1824.
