HUISH EPISCOPI
A NOVEL HIVE. - For the past two years, some bees have taken up their abode in the hollow of a pollard elm which was standing in a field in the occupation of Mr. Jehu BARNARD, near the Rose and Crown, at Huish Episcopi. On Wednesday, after the bees had been dispersed by fumigation with brimstone, the stump was cut down and the comb removed. It is estimated there will be about 15 lbs. of honey secured.
