MILVERTON, SOMERSET.

TO be SOLD by AUCTION, by Messrs. MAYNARD, at the GLOBE HOTEL, MILVERTON, on FRIDAY, the 19th day of MAY next, at Five o'clock in the afternoon, subject to conditions of sale to be then produced -
LOT 1. - All that first-class hotel and posting-house, called the
GLOBE HOTEL,
Situate in the town of Milverton aforesaid, together with the coach-houses, stables, and four cottages thereto adjoining and belonging, now and for several years past in the occupation of Mr. Isaac BICKNELL.
Lot 2. - All that convenient DWELLLING-HOUSE <sic>, SHOP, GARDEN, and PREMISES, situate opposite the said Globe Hotel, and in the occupation of Mrs. Ann LOCK, who has there carried on an extensive business as a baker for a considerable period.
The buildings are in excellent repair, and offer peculiar attractions to brewers, innkeepers, and others engaged in the posting trade.
