WEDDING. - On Saturday morning, a pretty wedding took place at the Wesleyan Chapel, the bridegroom being Mr. Ernest Andrew BINDING, youngest son of the late Mr. W. BINDING, and the bride Miss Cleora Cox STRONG, eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs.T. STRONG. Both the young people have for some years been actively associated with the local choir and in other departments of church work, and many friends were present at the ceremony, which was choral, Mr. A. G. COPP being the organist. The bride, who was given away by her father, looked very becoming in a dress of cream silk eolienne, with a hat trimmed with an ostrich feather. She was attended by three bridesmaids, Miss ATTIWELL and her sisters, Misses Lily and Emily STRONG, who were attired in dresses of cream or blue silk, with picture hats. Mr. F. STRONG, brother of the bride, acted as best man, and at the close of the ceremony, which was conducted by Mr. J. FRIEND, the bridal party were showered with confetti, while they received the congratulations of their friends. The wedding presents were of a very acceptable and useful character, and included souvenirs from the members of the Wesleyan Y.P.S.C.E. And choir, and also local footballers.
