SOMERSET COUPLE'S DIAMOND WEDDING.
Mr and Mrs Sidney LING, who live with a son-in-law and daughter, Mr and Mrs F. COX, at East Reach, Taunton, have celebrated their diamond wedding.
Natives of Westonzoyland, the <sic> were married at Bridgwater Wesleyan Church 60 years ago.
Mr LING farmed at Hankridge, West Monkton, for over 30 years. The farm has been carried on by his son, Mr T. LING, since his retirement, about 14 years ago, when he went to reside in Taunton. There are three sons and two daughters living, and the grandchildren number 13, and great-grandchildren five.
Mr and Mrs LING are 85 and 84 years old respectively.
