Death of Dorcas Amy TRIBLEY at Riley.
Dorcas Amy TRIBLEY of Riley died of heart trouble on November 29 at the home of her daughter, Mrs. E. J. ABELL. She was 76 years old and had lived in Kansas for many years. She was born in Kingsbury, Somersetshire, England, and was united in marriage to Henry H. QUANTIC in 1870. Mr. QUANTIC and four daughters and a son survive her – Mrs. E. J. ABEL, Charles QUANTIC, Mrs. Maude WALTERS, all of Riley, Mrs. Effie HASSEBROEK of southern Kansas and Mrs. Myrtle DILLEY of Grand Rapids, Mich.
The funeral services were held Wednesday, December 3, at the M. E. church, conducted by Rev. C. H. GERKIN, and burial at Riley cemetery. She also leaves 12 grandchildren. The sympathy of the community is with the bereaved family.
