"It is not my will & desire by this my last will and testament to include my relations Wm. B. Randolph, Peyton A. Southall, Fanny Mutter, and Elizabeth Waller or her children but to exclude them Because I am satisfied that they are in good circumstances . . . and I have thought proper to mention their names in this my last will & testament as a testimony of my regard & esteem."

Note(s) of interest:
Bequeaths his negroes to same but allows the negroes to choose "his, her or their master or mistrefs in this neighborhood". Executors to sell the negroes to the person whom they choose.
