Beginning on a head of a spring branch on John Phipp's line, thence along the said Phipp's line to Joseph Sanders' line, thence along Sanders' line to a corner white oak on Samuel Pitchford's line, thence along Pitchford's line to a corner on Mrs. Bollings' line, along Bolling's line to a spring branch on William Adam's line, thence along that spring branch as it meanders to the beginning.
