[F]einer Southall

Know all men by these presents that I Turner Southall of the co____ of Franklin and state of Virginia, do constitute and appoint Fe______ Southall my true and lawful Attorney for me and in my name to receive from Cary Southall my interest in my mothers estate in county of Cumberland and State of Virginia Witness whereof I ha__ hereunto set my hand and seal this 6th day of November 1840.

Be it known that on the 6th day of November 1840 Before the subscriber a Justice of the peace in and for the county aforesaid, personally appeared Turner Southall the above named, and acknowledged the above power of Attorney to be his act and deed, In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand the day and year last above written.

In Cumberland County Court Clerk's Office 2nd day of December 1840.

The foregoing Power of Attorney from Turner Southall to [F]einer Southall was presented in the office aforesaid, certified by a Justice of the Peace for the county of Franklin to have been acknowledged before him, and admitted to record.
