    Charles Blaine Shepherd, born 4 July 1894, Jackson Co., KY, died 19 December
    1958, Kenton Co., KY, at the age of 64 yrs. 5 mo. 15 days. Son of James
    Finley Shepherd and Mary Susan Fields.
    He was known as Blaine, was a farmer. Married 1st to Dewey Ellen Metcalf,
    2nd to Cora Patton. Survived by three children, Harold Booth Shepherd,
    Grover Edwin Shepherd and Alice Marjorie Shepherd Martin.
