Survivors include several friends, including caregivers, Brian and Lisa Hasty and David and Sherry Jones.
There will be no service nor visitation.
Cremains will be interred at Vinson Memorial Cemetery, Summitville.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Owens-Noffze Funeral Home, Summitville.
