    Deceased Name: SHIRLEY STEWART SCROGIN
    SHIRLEY STEWART SCROGIN, 67, who worked in her family's souvenir shops for 50 years, died Nov. 9, 1994, in Colorado Springs. Private services have been held. Evergreen Funeral Home, Fountain and Union boulevards, is handling arrangements. Mrs. Scrogin was born March 27, 1927, in Colorado Springs to Orrie and Helen W. Stewart. She was married Nov. 8, 1948, in Colorado Springs to Rod Scrogin, who is deceased. She is survived by a sister, Barbara Carle of Colorado Springs. Mrs. Scrogin was a lifelong area resident and had lived in Manitou Springs for many years. She graduated from Colorado Springs High School and attended Colorado College. She had worked at the Hidden Inn at Garden of the Gods, Glen Cove, the Pikes Peak Summit House and the Bruin Inn in North Cheyenne Canyon. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1445 N. Union Blvd., Suite B100, Colorado Springs 80909; or to the Brady Memorial Fund for Senior Citizens Pet Care, in care of Brown Veterinary Hospital, 45 E. Old Broadmoor Road, Colorado Springs 80906.
