She was preceded in death by her husband Oscar Notoli and sister Delphine Parker. Visitation will be held at 9:30a.m. on Fri. June 27, 2003 at St. Louis the King Church, 4331 W. Maryland Ave., Glendale, Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m., following the visitation. Interment at St. Francis Cemetery, Phoenix. Contributions can be made in her name to St. Louis the King Parish or Hospice of Arizona.

    Mabel D. Parker, 83, of Lincoln, formerly of Alton, died at 10:35 a.m. Saturday, May 26, 2001, at Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital in Lincoln.

    Cremation rites will be accorded and private graveside services will be at Valhalla Cemetery in Godfrey at a later date. There will be no visitation.

    Kerrigan Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

    Mrs. Parker was a storekeeper for Alton Mental Health in Alton. Previously, she was a beautician.

    She was born Aug. 8, 1917, in Alton to John and Mabel (Gillis) Scroggins. She married Victor H. Parker on April 19, 1936, in Alton. He died May 16, 1976.

    Surviving are two sons, Victor Parker of Arnold, Calif., and J.R. Parker of Lincoln; 10 grandchildren; a number of great-grandchildren; and one sister, Doris Nottoli of Glendale Ariz.

    She was also preceded in death by one grandson.
