   If you have any info. on Otha Scoggins I would most appreciate it.
   He was born June 20, 1910 to William Scoggins and Fanny Wilburn Scoggins
   in Oklahoma. Otha was my father whom I never met since he died when I was
   three months old on Feb. 3, 1943. My mother did not keep in contact with
   his family; therefore, I have no info. on them or him other than what I have
   gleaned from his death ctf. Thank you. William Scoggins was from Arkansas or
   so the death ctf. of my father Otha says and Fanny Wilburn was from Okla. There are no other
   survivors listed on the death ctf. at http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec

   William Scoggins and Fanny Wilburn Scoggins were my grandparents. William was born in Arkansas and Fanny
   Wilburn was born in Oklahoma. They had my father on June 29, 1910. My father died on Feb. 3, 1943 in Ft. Worth,
   Texas when I was three months old. I am searching for any records on my grandparents or father since my mother,
   Mineola Skaggs Scoggins did not maintain contact with any of my father's people after his death. I have never seen a
   picture of him, nor have I ever talked to any of his people so you can see how important this is to me. Thank you.
