Survivors are his wife of thirty-five years, Shirley Willoughby Scroggins; one son, Tim Cramer of Corinth; two daughters, Karla Marsh of Owenton and Lynda Thomas of Dry Ridge; one brother, Douglas Scroggins of Dry Ridge; two sisters, Wanda Price of Florence and Irene Berkemeier of Dry Ridge; and six grandchildren. Funeral services will be August 8 at Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home in Williamstown. Burial will be in Hill Crest Cemetery in Dry Ridge.
