Air Force, Okinawa, Japan; two daughters, Tammy Kay Cook of Williamstown and Patricia Ann Kelly of Crittenden; three brothers, William Guy Scroggins and Floyd Junior Scroggins, both of Dry Ridge, and Charles Edward Scroggins of Cincinnati; four sisters, Clarice Willoughby and Mary Katherine Hall, both of Dry Ridge, Laura Belle Antrobus and Helen F. Simpson, both of Williamstown; and two grandchildren, Chad Aaron Rutan and Jadon Thomas Henry. Funeral services were held Tuesday at Eckler-Hudson Funeral Home in Dry Ridge. Burial was in Hill Crest Cemetery, Dry Ridge.
