Carnelta Scroggins Webster Allman
COVINGTON - Carnelta Scroggins Webster Allman, 86, died Saturday May 17 at St. Elizabeth Medical Center, Edgewood.
She was a member of East Side Church of the Nazarene, owner of Webster’s Floral, Covington and a real estate agent for Bill Bramble Reality Inc., Erlanger.
Her husbands, Earl Webster and Robert L. Allman; and daughter, Reva Burton, died previously.
Survivors include her son, Doyle H. Webster; stepson, Gary Lin Allman; stepdaughters, Darla Voegelpohl and Sharon Ott; three grandchildren; six step-grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and two step-great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Monday May 19 at East Side Church of the Nazarene, Covington. Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday May 20 at the church. Burial will be in Spring Grove Cemetery, Cincinnati. Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, Williamstown, is handling arrangements.

DRY RIDGE - Robert C. Scroggin, 71, died Monday at St. Elizabeth Medical Center, Edgewood.
He was a serviceman for Sears, former operator of Scroggin & Sons Equipment, a reserve patrolman for Kenton County and Covington, town marshal for Latonia Lakes, former chief of Oak Ridge Volunteer Fire Department, member of Kentucky Cattlemen's Association of Grant County and Col. Clay Lodge F&AM, Covington.
Survivors include his wife, Carol Tallent Scroggin; sons, Robert W., Jonathan and Frederick R. Scroggin; sisters, Maxine Kennett and Carnelta Allman; and four grandchildren.
Visitation will be 6-9 p.m. today and service will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, Williamstown. Burial will be in Mount Pisgah Cemetery, Dry Ridge.
