    Lodyce A. Dittmer, 70, Festus, died April 21, 2006, at Jefferson Memorial Hospital. She was born April 4, 1936, in Klinger, Iowa, the daughter of Raymond and Amanda (Hagenow) Thoms. She was a homemaker. She was a member of New Hope Lutheran Church in Festus. She is survived by her husband, Clarence Dittmer; five daughters, Sandy Scroggins of Cape Girardeau, Luann Sue (Rick) Frazier of Crystal City, Renee Susan (Matthew) Bates and Cindy Lucas, both of Festus and Sandy Caldwell of Tupelo, Miss.; two sons, James "Pat" (Kelly) Scroggins of Festus and Tommie Ray (Janine) Scroggins of De Soto; two sisters, Lorna Norma (Roger) Kohlman of St. Charles and Barbara Jean (Robert) Meyer of Readlyn, Iowa; 12 grandchildren, Eric (Rachel) Rosener, Theresa Rosener, Cole Frazier, Calie Frazier, Ashley Scroggins, Jessica Scroggins, Patrick Scroggins, Amanda Bates, Jason (Ramona) Lucas, Michele Lucas, Michaela Caldwell and Nathan Caldwell; three great-grandchildren, Aidan Lucas, Isaac Lucas, and Landon Frazier. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Millard Scroggins; her husband, Frederick William Roehrs; her parents; her brother, Orville Thoms. Funeral is 10 a.m. Thursday, April 27 from Vinyard Funeral Home, Festus, to Zion Lutheran Church, Pevely, with the Rev. Mart Thompson officiating. Interment is in the Presbyterian-Methodist Cemetery, Festus. Memorials may be made to Zion Lutheran Church, New Hope Lutheran Church or Christ the Vine Lutheran School.
