  Clifford S. Scroggins, 76, of N. Ft. Myers, passed away on Friday night at Hope Hospice House in Cape Coral. A native of Franklin County, Tennessee, resided here fro the past thirty four years formerly of Tullahoma, Tennessee. Mr. Scroggins retired from the Lee School Board and was a member of the First Apostolic Church of Cape Coral.
  He is survived by his wife of fifty four years, Ethel, a daughter Velma (Bobby) Andreu of Punta Gorda, two sons Glenn (Laura) of Cape Coral, Melvin (Renda) of N. Ft. Myers, five grandchildren, a sister Clara Baker of Tullahoma, Tennessee and a sister-in-law Lois Scroggins of Lynchburg, Tennessee.
  Friends may call today 3-5 PM at North Ft. Myers Memorial Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials be made to Hope Hospice, 9470 Health Park Circle, Ft. Myers, FL 33908.
