    SCROGGIN, Richard A., 44, of Richmond passed away Wednesday, March 12, 2008. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Emma Scroggin. He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Margaret Baggett Scroggin; three children, Cindy, David and Tracy; two grandchildren, Kenneth and Kristin; three brothers, Daniel Neering and wife, Charlene, Dennis Neering and wife, Debbie, Donald Neering and wife, Laura; five nephews and two nieces. Richard was a delivery driver for ACI Glass. He was a champion pool player and member of the APA. The family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Friday and 12 to 8 p.m. Saturday at the Nelsen Funeral Home and Crematory, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave., Richmond, where services will be held 1 p.m. Sunday, March 16, 2008. Interment will follow in Washington Memorial Park, Henrico.
