   Tommy Scroggins, 60, Rossville
   Tommy Mack Scroggins of Rossville, died Wednesday, October 25. He was 60. He was a lifelong resident of the Chattanooga and North Georgia area and was of the Baptist faith. He was also employed with the City of Chattanooga and Warner Park Zoo for more than 8 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, Johnny and Catherine Scroggins and one brother, Jerry Perry Scroggins. Survivors include five daughters, Tina Acuff of Rossville, Lisa Sprouse of Pulaski, Tenn., Flossie Scroggins and Sabrina Scroggins, both of Rossville and Marquita Scroggins of Chattanooga, Tenn.; four sons, Tommy Scroggins, Jr., Jerry Scroggins and John Scroggins, all of Rossville and Albert Scroggins of Hixson, Tenn.; brother, Johnny Scroggins of Chattanooga, Tenn.; three sisters, Flossie Corley and Martha Ladd, both of Chattanooga Valley and Patricia Southerland of Nashville, Tenn.; nineteen grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Services: Monday, Oct. 30, at 2 p.m., in the Fort Oglethorpe Chapel. Burial: Chattanooga Memorial Park. Visitation: Saturday, Oct. 28 after 2 p.m., all day Sunday, Oct. 29 and prior to the service on Monday at the funeral home. Arrangements by Wilson Funeral Home, Fort Oglethorpe.
