   JOHNNY R. SCROGGINS, 53, of Cordova, supervisor for the Postal Service, died of heart failure Tuesday at his home. Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Memphis Funeral Home Germantown Parkway Chapel with burial in Memory Hill Garden. He was a member of Briarwood Baptist Church and was an Air Force veteran. He leaves two sisters, Lisa Scroggins and Ann Scroggins, both of Cordova, and a brother, John Goodwin of Bartlett. The family requests that memorials be sent to the American Heart Association.
