    Edward Scroggins Jr.
    Edward Scroggins Jr., 74, of Vicksburg, Miss., formerly of Center Ridge, passed away Sunday, Nov. 12, 2006.
    He was born Feb. 10, 1932, in Center Ridge, Ark. a son of Edd Scroggins Sr. and Clara Powell Scroggins. He was the widower of Claudia Mae Hunter Scroggins, a Korean Army veteran, a truck driver, and of the Baptist faith.
    He is survived by one son, Timothy Edward Scroggins of Middlebury, Ind.; one daughter, Patricia Ann Barber of Vicksburg, Miss.; four grandchildren, Courtney Sue Scroggins, James Edward Scroggins, Crystal Ann Scroggins, and Kelly Lynn Scroggins; three great-grandchildren, Deven Shay Scroggins, Kyla Rose Scroggins, and Dayten Timothy Scroggins.
    Graveside services with military honors were 2 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 16, at Lost Corner Cemetery with the Rev. Rodney Castleberry officiating. Arrangements were by Harris Funeral Home of Morrilton.
