Mr. Scroggins was preceded in death by his father, James Clyde Scroggins ; mother, Mrs. Mary Lucille Scroggins ; son James Phillip Scroggins . Survivors include: his wife, Betty F. Scroggins , Alexnder City, AL; sons, Mark Scroggins (Tracy), Madison, AL; John Scroggins (April), Opelika, AL; grandchildren, Justin Scroggins , Madison, AL; Andi Scroggins , Opelika, AL; and Allyson Scroggins , Opelika, AL; Nieces, Sharon Davenport, and Susan Penton; nephews, Tony Davenport and Joe Penton; great nieces and nephews, Scott Hurst, Rob Hurst, Krystal Hurst, Kristen Hamby, Angela Pitts, Brad Pitts, and Braxton Pitts.
