    Mr. Clifton Scroggins

    Mr. Clifton Eugene Scroggins of Enterprise passed away Saturday, May 2, at his residence. He was 63.

    Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 5, at Sorrells Funeral Home in Slocomb with the Revs. J.E. Wesley and J.L. Wesley officiating. Burial will follow in Slocomb City Cemetery with Sorrells Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday from 6 until 8 p.m.

    Mr. Scroggins was born Aug. 13, 1945, in Marietta, Ga. He was preceded in death by his parents, Hoyt T.C. Scroggins [46588] and Mary Catherine Ray Scroggins [46589]; three children: Wayne Scroggins [46592], Ryan Scroggins [46593], Charmaine Scroggins [46594]; a sister, Lucille Wallace ; a brother, Thomas Scroggins .

    Survivors include two sons: Clarence Eugene Scroggins [46595], Enterprise, Anthony Lee Lawson, Sanford, Fla.; two brothers: Paul Scroggins , Ga., Edmond Scroggins , Texas; seven grandchildren: Curtis Creech, Steven Scroggins, Kevin Scroggins, Chelsea Scroggins, Ashley Scroggins, Heather Smith, Dustin Lindsey; several nieces and nephews.
