Hi Nancy,

My GGrandmother was a Scroggins from Barbour County, Alabama. She married a Dansby. He died and she came to Texas and Settled near Mixon, Texas in Cherokee County
around 1870. Her name was Melvina E. Scroggins Dansby. Is she mentioned in any of your information.
