The daughter Maria Magdalena married Kramer in 1738. Jacob and Dorothea continued to have children baptized in the area. I suspect that they were younger and Hans Jacob and Anna Barbara were the parents of Jacob and Magdalena. Also on the boat were Catherina age 6 1/2 Barbara age 3, and Hans Jacob who were probably children of the young Jacob Berkel family. See Rev Stoever records for sponsorships, etc. His spelled the name Bierckel, Birkel, Berckel and Berkel and the extract of the passenger list has Berkley. Although the handwritten list is Berkel clearly..
