Letitia Madden. !of the Township of Liberty in the County of Montour and State
Aug 20. 1891....!Pennsylvania. being of sound mind memory and understanding,
............... .........!do make and publish this my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time heretofore made.

And First: I order and direct all my just debts and funeral expenses to be fully paid and satisfied by my Executor herein after named as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.

wife of William J. Leidy all my dishes. also my high back splint chair and my large Stone Crock.

Item:- I give and bequeath to Letitia M. Leidy my grand daughter my rising sun bed Quilt.

Item:-I give and bequeath to my daughter Flora R. Herr wife of William W. Herr my blue calico quilt. my looking glass my Cabinsh(?) size album. and my seew(?) wool carpet.

Item:- I give and bequeath to my daughter Elizabeth J. B. Robbins wife of John Robbins my Lounge and my Boston Rocking Chair.

Item:- I give and bequeath to my grand daughter Lititia G. Robbins my circular Stand.

Item:- I give and bequeath to my daughter Sarah A. Hendricks. wife of Horace Hendricks. one of my beds and bedding thereunto belonging

Item:- I give and bequeath to my grand daughter Lititia J. Hendricks my Bureau,

Item:- I Give and bequeath to my Son William Thomas Madden also one of my beds and bedding thereunto belonging. my large Family Bible. my cradle. my smal coal Stove and my chest.

Item:- All of the rest residue and remainder of my estate. real. personal and mixed whatsoever and whensoever not hereinbefore specifically disposed of and remaining after the payment of my just debts and funeral expenses as foresaid I order and direct to be converted into money as soon as can be conveniently done, After my decease, and for that purpose I do hereby authorize and empower my said Executor hereinafter named to sell all dispose of all of my said real estate either by public or private sale for the best price that can be gotten for the same and to execute and deliver Deed or Deeds for the same to the purchaser or purchasers thereof, and when the whole of my said residuary estate shall be converted into money as aforesaid. then I will and direct that the same shall be divided into four equal parts or shares and disposed of as follows, to wit:

Item:- I give. devise and bequeath one full equal fourth part or share thereof to my daughter the said Flora R. Herr her heirs and assigns forever.

Item:- I give devise and bequeath one full equal fourth part or share thereof to my dauthter the said Elizabeth J. B. Robbins her heirs and assigns forever.

Item:- I give devise and bequeath one full fourth part or share thereof to my daughter the said Sarah A. Hendricks her heirs and assigns forever.

Item:- I give devise and bequeath one full fourth part or share thereof to my said Executor hereinafter named and the survivor of heirs(?) in trust, that he may in his discreetion pay so much thereof to my son the said William Thomas Madden as he may decree proper and fit that is to say, if my said Executor hereinafter named shall in his discretion see fit to pay any portion whatsoever thereof to my said son (but in no wish whatsoever shall any portion thereof be subject to attachment or execution on the part of any one whatsoever) at any time during my said sons natural life and after the death of my said son. I give devise and bequeath all that remains thereof in the hands of my said Executor hereinafter named if any thereof so remain. to the children of my said son. if any survive him Share and Share alike. but if no children survive him as aforesaid then and in that latter event. I give devise and bequeath the same to my three following named daughters to wit Flora R. Herr. Elizabeth J Robbins and Sarah A. Hendricks share and share alike. their respective heirs and assigns forever.

And I do hereby constitute and appoint my Son in law John Robbins of Liberty Township County and State aforesaid sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament.

In witness whereof I Letitia Madden the testatrix have to this my will written on one sheet of paper set my hand and seal the Fifteenth day of

Deputy Register for the probate of Wills and granting Letters of Administration in and for the County aforesaid John Hendricks & Roger Hendricks the subscribing witnesses in the foregoing Will who being duly sworn according to law, do say that they were present. and saw and heard Letitia Madden the testatrix within named, sign, seal, publish,pronounce and declair the foregoing instrument of writing as and for his(sic) last will and testament, and that at the time of so doing she was of sound memory and understanding to the best of their knowledge and belief.
