In the name of God Amen I Elisha Linsey of Granville County North Carolina bring of perfect and mind and memory to make this my Last Will and Testament. In manner from following;

To my wife Elizabeth Linsey all my Estate of all kinds during her natural life and widow hood my will and desire is that on her death or marriage that my whole estate be equally divided between my two sons Wiatt Linsey and John Linsey and finally revoking all other wills and declare this to be my last to which I do appoint Labain Linsey aand Caleb Linsey both of Warren County Executors to witness where of I U set my hand and seal on the 16th day on November 1791
