Summary of the Will of

Ann Shakespear, late of Fillongley, but now of Coventry, Died 1780, Widow

1. Grand daughter , Frances Shakespear  to have her plate, rings, wearing apparel, linen in houses in Fillongley and Coventry.

2. Richard Geast esquire of Blythe Hall and John Stanton Gentleman of Coventry 5guineas a piece for rings.

3. Grandsons Thomas Shakespear and John Cattell 5 guineas a piece for mourning.

4. Mary York of Coventry widow and Ann Charley of Coventry spinster 2 guineas a piece.

5. Her personal estate and remaining chattels etc to be converted into money by Geast and Stanton, invested to help provide for grand daughter Frances. The principal is to be paid to her at the age of 21 and if she dies before age of 21 the money to be divided between grandsons Thomas Shakespear and John Cattell.

6. Geast and Stanton executors.

7. Will signed  November 5th 1776 witnessed by Chas. Robinson, and Chas Farris ?
