Richard Shakespeare,of Rowington,1560

Dated 15 June 1560 No. 67.

  • Body to be buried in churchyard of Rowington.

  • Certain goods and Weyvynge lomes to be kept by executors until son Richard shall come to age of 23. One weyvynge excepted to be given to son William.

  • The residue to all my children equally.

  • John Reve and William Reve my brothers in law executors.

  • Richard Shakespeare a witness with others.

Inventory attached amounting to £17 1 4.

Amongst goods mentioned being viij pewter plattes iiij sawcers ij olde pewter dyshes and a sawcer - certen toe and lynne yarne (10s.) Spynninge whele and ij weyvinge lomes (29s. 4d.) an almerye and ij cradylle (3/4).
