The Gregory Family - her maternal grandmother was Lottie Jane Gregory. The Gregory family traces its origins in the USA back to the founding of Norwalk Connecticut in 1650. John III Gregory moved in 1725 to a 62-acre farm at the foot of Chestnut Hill in the Cranbury Plains of Norwalk.

The Shufelt Family - her father was Warren Shufelt. We find the Shufelt family in mostly 19th Century Schoharie and Delaware counties of New York State. This family traces its origins in the USA back to the Palatine Germans emigration in the early 1700s.

The Blake Family - her mother was Eunice Blake. We find this family in the general area of Fairfield County in Connecticut from the days of the Revolutionary War onward.
