Jankow: - The infant son {Elmer} of Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Jankow, of the town of Wilson died Sunday evening, Oct. 8, at the age of one year, one month and 13 days.

Charles E. Jankow, route 3, town of Wilson, passed away at St. Nicholas hospital early Sunday morning after a short illness.

Born in the town of Wilson July 12, 1879, he attended rural school and worked on the home farm. He was married to Miss Olga Gartman December 12, 1903, in town of Wilson. The couple always made their home on the homestead farm. He was a member of the school board of District No. 4 and also town treasurer for several years.

He is survived by his wife, and five children, two sons and three daughters, Mrs. Harry {Elvera} Moening of Sheboygan Falls, Raymond at home, Mrs. Marlin {Milda} Miller of town of Wilson, Harvey of Newton, route 1, Mrs. Marvin {Esther} Gosse of Sheboygan Falls, route 3; one brother, William, town of Wilson; one sister, Mrs. Hugo Gartman of this city; nine grandchildren also survive. One son passed away in infancy, as did two sisters and one brother.

Funeral services will be held at the Ramm Funeral at 2 p.m. Wednesday. The Rev. Kenneth Krueger of the First Evangelical church will officiate, with burial in the family lot in Fladers Rest cemetery. Friends may call from Monday evening until time of services.

Funeral services for Charles E. Jankow, route 3, Sheboygan, who passed away Sunday morning at St. Nicholas hospital, were held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Ramm Funeral home with the Rev. Kenneth Krueger of the First Evangelical church officiating. Burial was made in Fladers Rest cemetery.

During the services Wallace Miller, accompanied by Mrs. W. E. Bassett, sang "Abide With Me" and "One Sweet Solemn Thought."

Pallbearers were Marvin Fritsch, Norman and Robert Gartman, Edwin Butgereit, Elwell Janko and Melvin Herbst.

Mrs. Olga Jankow, 67, widow of Charles E. Jankow, Route 3, Sheboygan, town of Wilson, passed away at her home Sunday evening.

Born in the town of Wilson on Sept. 13, 1882, the daughter of Herman and Wilhelmine Gartman, she attended the rural schools and was married to Charles E. Jankow on Dec. 12, 1903, in the town of Wilson. The couple always resided on the homestead farm.

Her husband preceded her in death August 15, 1948, and one son passed away in infancy. Survivors are five children, Mrs. Harry {Elvera} Moenning of Sheboygan Falls, Raymond at home, Mrs. Marlin {Milda} Miller of the town of Wilson, Harvey of Route 1, Newton, and Mrs. Marvin {Esther} Gosse of Route 3, Sheboygan Falls; nine grandchildren; five sisters and three brothers, Mrs. Alfred Fritsch and Herman Gartman of the town of Wilson, Otto Gartman, Mrs. R. Hinze, Mrs. William Neese, Mrs. Thomas Stahl, Mrs. Gustav Fritsch and Walter Gartman, all of Sheboygan.

Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at the Ramm Funeral home with the Rev. Kenneth Krueger of the First Evangelical church officiating. Burial will be made in Fladers Rest cemetery in the town of Wilson. Friends may call at the funeral home from Tuesday evening until the time of the services.

Funeral services for Mrs. Olga Jankow, widow of Charles E. Jankow, route 3, town of Wilson, who passed away Sunday evening, were held at the Ramm Funeral home at 2 p.m. Thursday. The Rev. Kenneth Krueger of First Evangelical church officiated, and burial was made in Fladers Rest cemetery in the town of Wilson.

Pallbearers were: Robert Gartman, Henry Herbst, Edwin Butgereit, Melvin Herbst, Marvin Fritsch and LeRoy Gartman.

During the services Mrs. Peter Dekker and Mrs. Geraldine Evans sang "Rock of Ages" and "Abide With Me".

Among the floral tributes were those from the Citizens State bank and the neighbors.

Those who attended the services from out of town were: Mr. and Mrs. Henry Jankow, Mr. and Mrs. George Jankow and Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Jankow of Campellsport, and Mr. and Mrs. Louis Schram of Fond du Lac.

Harvey R. Jankow, 81, of Meeme Creek, Newton, went home to his Lord on May 31, 1998, at Sunny Ridge Nursing Home, Sheboygan.

He was born on October 30, 1916, in the Town of Wilson to the late Charles and Olga Gartmann Jankow. He attended school at the Town of Wilson School.

On September 7, 1940, he married Virginia Bock at Trinity Lutheran Church in the Town of Wilson. Harvey was a Dairy Farmer in the Town of Meeme, Manitowoc Co. from 1942 until 1983. He enjoyed horses and his woods.

He was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Louis Corners, and a former member of the Farm Bureau. Harvey enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife, Virginia; two daughters, Judy {Richard} Daane of Oostburg, Gloria {Gary} Edler of Glenbeulah; two grandsons, Michael {Cathy} Daane of Oconomowoc, Allen Riesterer of Oostburg; three grand-daughters, Julie {Carl} TeBeest of Oostburg, Patti {Craig} Farrell, Vicki {Adrian} Martinez. Six great-grandchildren, Kimberly, Amanda, Emily and Holly TeBeest, Mittchel Martinez and Haley Farrell. He is also survived by a sister, Esther Gosse of Kohler; one sister-in-law, Ellen Bock; two brothers-in-law, Wilmer Bahlow and George Greig of Sheboygan Falls. Brothers and sisters-in-law, Lillian {Howard} Moe of Manitowoc, Richard {Elaine} Hoffmann of Plymouth. He is further survived by many nieces and nephews.

Harvey was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Elmer and Raymond Jankow; two sisters, Elvira Moenning and Milda Miller; and two infant sons.

Funeral services will be held at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, 19214 Highway XX, Louis Corners with the Rev. Robert E. Schultz officiating. Burial will be in the Sheboygan Falls City Cemetery. Friends may call at the church from 3:30 p.m. until the time of service. A memorial has been established in Harvey's name. The family wishes to thank Willowdale Nursing Home, New Holstein, and Sunny Ridge Nursing Home, Sheboygan, for their help and support. Mrs. Dora M. {Hermann} Nee: Bahr Jasenovec, age 86, formerly of Milwaukee and Sheboygan, died Saturday, May 13, 1989 at St. Mary's Medical Center, Milwaukee. Dora was previously a resident of Kasasville, WI. She was born in Sheboygan on January 31, 1903.

Dora was a Housekeeping Supervisor at the Milwaukee County Hospital until retiring. She was a member of Gloria Dei-Bethesda Evangelical Lutheran Church, Milwaukee, and R.E.M.C.O.

Survivors include two sons, Robert {Zelma} Hermann, Sussex, WI, and Ralph Hermann, Fort Lauderdale, FL; two daughters, Elizabeth {Segmund} Powalisz, Orlando, FL, and Eunice {Harry} Shirk, Ft. Lauderdale, FL; 13 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; two great great-grandchildren; two brothers, Gordon Bahr, Holmen, WI, and August {Kate} Bahr, Searcy, AR; nieces, nephews, and other near relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ferdinand and Emma Nee: {Gartman} Bahr, and her husband, Christ Hermann.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 16, 1989 at 10:00 a.m. at First Presbyterian Church, 7th St. and College Ave., Racine. Rev. Doug Workman will be officiating with graveside service at Lutheran Cemetery in Sheboygan at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday. Visitation will be at 9:00 a.m. until the time of service at the First Presbyterian Church on Tuesday.

Daniel M. Jackson, District Attorney of this county {Ozaukee}, died at his home in this city on Saturday inst. after a short illness.

The deceased was born in Sheboygan county in November 1855, and was left an orphan at the early age of four years. He was adopted by a Sheboygan Falls man with whom he lived until he graduated from the High School at that place. He taught school for a number of years and was admitted to the bar in Sheboygan, and for a short time practiced law at Plymouth in Sheboygan county. From Plymouth he came to this place and engaged in the law and insurance business with A.W. Young as partner in July, 1880, and followed his profession here and enjoyed a good practice up to the time of his last illness. He was elected to the office of District Attorney of this county three times. On June 3d 1884 he was married to Miss Emily Thien who survives him, and who has the sympathy of the entire community. The funeral took place from the residence to the Port Washington Cemetery on Monday last and was largely attended.

John Junck, a well known resident of this city, passed away yesterday afternoon at 5:30 at his home, 723 Jefferson avenue of apoplexy at the age of 77 years. Mr. Junck was born in Germany and came to this county with his parents when a mere lad and had lived in Sheboygan county nearly all his life.

For many years he resided at School Hill where he conducted a saloon and general store but had lived in this city for the past twenty-three years. When he first settled in this city he conducted the St. Clair House, corner of Jeff. Ave. and N. 7th St. He later took a position at the Crocker Chair factory where he worked up to three years ago when he retired.

He was married twice and is survived by four children, John, Lena, Anna and Carrie and three brothers, Mathew, Jacob and Peter.

The funeral will be held Wednesday morning at 9 o'clock from his late home, the Rev. Father Thill officiating. Interment in the North Side Catholic cemetery.

A sad death occurred late Friday afternoon when Mrs. Walter Johne, aged 22 died at St. Nicholas hospital leaving behind a little infant in arms.

Friday morning Mrs. Johne was taken to the hospital, and a few hours later she passed from this life to that great Beyond. Mrs. Johne, nee Schlegel, was well known on the South Side where she attended the Fourth Ward school as a young girl. News of her death came as a great shock to a wide circle of friends. Eleven months ago she was married to Mr. Johne and the young people made their home at 1135 Erie avenue. Besides a husband and a little son, she is survived by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Max Schlegel, four sisters, the Misses Mabel, Eleanor, Sadie and Verna and two brothers, William and Richard.

The funeral services will be held Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the family residence, Rev. C. P. Schulz officiating and interment will take place in the Lutheran cemetery. The remains were removed to the undertaking parlors of M. Knoss & Son last evening and today transferred to the family residence.

Emil E. Jaschinski, 92, of 2526 S. 9th St., died unexpectedly, Thursday, April 25, 1996 at his home.

He was born June 9, 1903 in Sheboygan, a son of the late Ambrose and Emelia {Beiersdorf} Jaschinski. He attended Immanuel Lutheran School and graduated from the eight grade in 1917. He received his certification as an electrician from the Chicago School of Engineering in 1925.

He and Johanna Munnik were united in marriage on June 18, 1930 at Hope Reformed Church, Sheboygan. Johanna preceded him in death on Feb. 28, 1981.

Emil began his employment with Lakeside Craft Shop, Sheboygan, in 1919 and later served as an electrician's helper at Kohler Co. from 1919 to 1925. In 1925, he became a certified electrician and served in this capacity at Kohler Co. until his retirement in 1953, due to blindness. In 1955, he opened the Electric Repair Shop in his home where he repaired electrical appliances, rewound electric motors and made heating elements for businesses and private parties. He formally closed his shop in 1992. Since 1983, he repaired white canes for blind persons throughout the State of Wisconsin.

He was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ, a 50-year member of the Kohler Quarter Century Club, Sheboygan Stamp Club, a lifetime member of Badger Association of the Blind, Midwest Association of the Blind, Sheboygan Braille Club, an honorary member of the Wisconsin Council of the Blind and the Sheboygan Gladiola Society. Emil was one of the original founders of the Sheboygan Lions Eye Bank and was a former member of the Sheboygan Evening Lions Club, where he attained a 18-year perfect attendance record. For many years Emil was a grower and hybridizer of gladiolas which produced grand champions in local and state shows.

He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Shirley and Robert Schilling, Sheboygan; nine grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Milda Strebig, Kiel; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Melvin Jaschinski and Clarence and Doris Jaschinski and Mrs. Minnie White, all of Sheboygan, along with many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was also preceded in death by one granddaughter, four sisters and two brothers.

A funeral service for Emil will be held at 4:30 p.m., Saturday, April 27, 1996 at Ramm-Ziegler-Novak-Rettke Funeral Home, Southside Chapel. The Rev. David Taylor, pastor of St. Paul's United Church of Christ, will officiate. Burial will take place in Lutheran Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home, 1535 S. 12th St., from 1:30 p.m., Saturday, until the time of the service.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Emil's name.

Mrs. Emil Jaschinski, 79, of 2526 S. Ninth St., died Saturday afternoon at Heritage Nursing Center, where she had been a resident for five months.

The former Johanna Munnik, she was born in Rotterdam, Holland, on Jan. 30, 1902, a daughter of the late John and Henrietta Verveer Munnik Sr.

She attended school in Holland and came to the Sheboygan area at the age of nine. She attended school in the Town of Wilson.

On June 18, 1930, she and Emil Jaschinski were married at Hope Reformed Church.

She was a member of St. Paul United Church of Christ and its Ladies Aid Society, the Midwest Association for the Blind, Badger Association for the Blind and the Wisconsin Council for the Blind.

Surviving are her husband; one daughter, Mrs. Robert {Shirley} Schilling of Sheboygan; nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and five sisters, Mrs. Classina Verhage, Mrs. Agnes Oppeneer, Mrs. Marie Meyer and Mrs. Gilbert White, all of Sheboygan, and Mrs. Anna Minnard of Mountain View, Calif. She was preceded in death by two brothers and one granddaughter.

Funeral service will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at St. Paul UCC, with the Rev. Charles Koch, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Lutheran Cemetery.

Friends may call at Ramm-Ziegler Funeral Home after 4 p.m. today and at the church from 11 a.m. Tuesday until the time of service.

A memorial fund has been established in Mrs. Jaschinski's name.

Annette Junge, age 60, of rural Random Lake, died Wednesday, June 9, 1999 at her home. Funeral arrangements are pending at the Wilk Funeral Home in Random Lake.

Mrs. Frieda C. Jung, 83, formerly of Plymouth, died at Rocky Knoll Heath Care Facility Sunday afternoon. She had lived there for the last six years.

The former Frieda Gosse, she was born October 13, 1894, in the Town of Rhine, Sheboygan County, Wisconsin, a daughter of Theodore and Anna {Lange} Gosse. On January 28, 1914, she was married to Milton Jung in the Town of Rhine. The couple farmed in the Town of Rhine until 1946 when they moved to Elkhart Lake. She moved to Plymouth in 1950. Her husband died July 13, 1947.

She had been employed at Rocky Knoll for 10 years.

Survivors are five daughters, Mrs. Jerome {Hilda} Kornetzke and Mrs. Elmer {Esther} Schrader, both of Plymouth; Mrs. Clarence {Vera} Bub of the Town of Greenbush, Mrs Harold {Florence} Kleinhans of the Town of Plymouth, and Mrs. David {Carol} Grimm of Black River Falls; two sons, Marvin of Plymouth and Milford of Saukville; 23 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Hannah Hanson, a resident of Sunnyridge; and three brothers, Arno Gosse of Manitowoc, Walter of Kiel and Helmuth of Sheboygan Falls.

Three sons and two brothers preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Salem UCC. The Rev. Edmond Hennig, assistant pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in St. Peter Cemetery, Town of Rhine.

The Rev. John J. Janett, D. D., aged ninety-two, well known retired pastor of Zion Reformed church died early this morning at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Joseph E. Leberman, 318 Huron avenue. Although he had been ill since Friday, his condition did not become critical until Sunday.

The Rev. Janett was born in Switzerland on Nov. 24, 1839, and came to America in 1867. Two years later he was licensed as a preacher from the Reformed Ohio Synod, and later ordained from the old Iowa Classics. He came to Sheboygan as pastor of Zion Reformed church in 1891 and served the congregation faithfully until 1906. It was during his pastorate that a new organ, which is still in use, and the church bells were purchased.

For thirty-six years the Rev. Janett was a regular writer for the Reformed Synod at Cleveland, Ohio. Sometimes he also taught practical theology at the Mission House and up until a few years ago he still wrote short sermons and poems for church publications.

Dr. Janett's entire life was one of service and he continued to serve actively as long as his advanced age would permit. At the time of his ninetieth birthday celebrations, when special services were conducted in his honor at Zion church, he delivered the German sermon and his son, the late Rev. John Janett of Milwaukee, conducted the English service. Since he retired as pastor of the congregation, the Rev. Janett frequently occupied the pulpit aiding the pastor during communion and special services.

The Rev. Janett was married on Sept. 16, 1870, at Monticello, Ia., to Miss Ursula Buol, who died in this city, Oct. 13, 1903. Rev. Janett was remarried on June 15, 1905, to Elizabeth Ambuehl, who preceded him in death on March 11, 1916.

Survivors are two daughter, Mrs. Joseph E. Leberman, with whom the Rev. Janett had been making his home, and Mrs. Kathryn Tarnutzer, this city, and eight grand-children, John Du nther and Ruth Janett, Margaret Janett Eilett and Rosalind Janett of Milwaukee; Andrew Tarnutzer, Miss Janet Leberman and Buol Leberman of this city. One son, the Rev. J. P. Janett of Milwaukee died in March of this year. Another son and a daughter also preceded him in death.

Private funeral service for the immediate family will be conducted Friday morning at the Leberman residence, 318 Huron avenue, after which the body will be removed to Zion Reformed church where it will lie in state from 10 a. m. until the time of the funeral at 2 o'clock. The casket will not be opened at the close of the service.

The Rev. John P. Janett of Milwaukee son of Dr. J. J. Janett, 92 year-old retired pastor of this city, died early this morning at his home after having been ill for two and one-half years with progressive bulbar palsy. He was 57 years of age.

The Rev. Mr. Janett was well known in Sheboygan as well as throughout the state. During the past two years he officiated here at two important occasions, the first of which was on June 15, 1929, at the First Congregational church, and the second on Nov. 25, 1929, when special services were conducted at Zion Reformed church in honor of his father's ninetieth birthday anniversary. At that time he delivered the English sermon, while his aged father spoke in the German languages.

Rev. Janett was born in Clay City Ind. Nov. 23, 1874. He attended the Freeport high school at Freeport, Ill., and later years came here to attend Mission House College and seminary. It was during those years that his father, the Rev. J. J. Janett was pastor of Zion Reformed church of this city. Rev. Janett left school to service his country during the Spanish-American war, later returning to his studies. He was graduated from Mission House seminary in 1898 and the became pastor of a Reformed church at Evansville, Ind, which his father had serviced at one time.

When his voice failed a few years later, Rev. Janett was forced to resign as pastor of the church and it was then that he came to Milwaukee to make his home. Although he never became pastor of another church, due to his voice affliction, he was called to all parts of the state to conduct services, fulfilling engagements almost every Sunday for a long time.

For five years Rev. Janett was religious editor of the Milwaukee Sentinel, writing a column which appeared daily, including Sundays. As the author of this column he became widely known in the state, receiving letters from hundreds of people throughout Wisconsin and vicinity. In this capacity he helped many persons in solving vital problems in their live.

In October, 1900, Rev. Janett was married to Miss Lydia Riese of this city at Zion Reformed church. The Rev. J. J. Janett performed the ceremony.

Beside his widow, Rev. Janett is survived by a son, Ewald, at home, and two daughters, Mrs. Harold Vilett of Chicago, and Miss Rosalind, at home; his aged father, Dr. J. J. Janett of this city, and two sisters, Mrs. Joseph Leberman and Mrs. Cathryn Tarnutzer, both of Sheboygan.

Funeral services will be held at Milwaukee Wednesday afternoon at 1 o'clock, after which the cortege will motor to this city for the burial which will be made in the Riese family lot a Wildwood cemetery.

William M. Johnston, aged 66, of Waldo died at St Nicholas hosptial at 3:30 yesterday afternoon after several weeks illness.

The deceased was born and reared in Waldo and has spent his entire life there. He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Emma Baker, Kentucky Avenue, Sheboygan, Mrs. J. Griggs who is in the west, and son Herbert Johnston.

The funeral will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Waldo Baptist Church, the Rev. W. D. Wells of Sheboygan officiating.

Burial will be made in the Lyndon Cemetery.

Mrs. John Jens, the former Mary Dammann, died Monday morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Alma Jeanty in the town of Russell.

The deceased was born May 17, 1856, and attended the public schools. Her marriage to Mr. Jens took place November 20, 1872. He preceded her in death 30 years ago.

Survivors are two daughters, Mrs. Herman Bunge and Mrs. Alma Jeanty; 14 grandchildren; one great-grandchild. One daughter, one son, five sisters and a brother have preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be held this Thursday afternoon at 2 o�clock at the Meiselwitz Funeral Home, with interment in the New Holstein city cemetery. The Rev. A. George Schmid of the St. John Evangelical and Reformed church of New Holstein officiated.

Death claimed Edwin Jung on Monday at his home in Rhine Center after an illness of only a few days, with blood poisoning. Last week he complained about his health and upon consulting a physician on Friday was told to go to bed. His condition became very serious and in spite of good care his life could not be saved. Mr. Jung was born in the town of Rhine on Oct. 12, 1901, the son of the late Fred and Pauline Jung. On Oct. 30, 1920, he was united in marriage to Miss Elenore Bunge. For four and one-half years the couple resided in Elkhart Lake, where Mr. Jung was employed in a garage.

In April of last year, he started a garage in Rhine Center. He was a good mechanic and had acquired a good business. The survivors are his mother, wife and three children, two brothers, Walter and Milton on the homestead, three sisters, Mrs. Robert Schmahl, of Rhine, Ella and Alice at home. The Rev. Thomas will officiate at the funeral which will be held from the residence at 1:30 and at 2 o�clock at the church on Thursday afternoon.

Nicholas Janty, Sr., a former resident of this city, passed away Tuesday morning at 5:30 a. m. at the St. Nicholas hospital in Sheboygan.

Mr. Janty was born in St. Anna, Sheboygan county, on March 5, 1863, the son of Nicholas and Catherine Janty. November 17, 1891 he was united in marriage with Elizabeth LaCroix of the town of Russell. The couple settled on the LaCroix farm. Twenty-five years ago he sold his farm to his son, Henry, and the family moved to Kiel. His wife passed away July 7, 1919, and since that time he has made his home with his children.

Survivors are three children, Henry of the town of Russell, Mrs. Walter Jensen of Rockfield, California, and Mrs. J. R. McInerny of St Anna; a brother, Victor, of the town of Russell, and a sister, Mrs. Eugene Perl of this city, and four grandchildren.

He was a member of the Holy Name Society of St. Ann's Catholic church.

Funeral services will be held on Friday morning at 9:30 o'clock at the home of his son, Henry, and at 10 o'clock services will be conducted in the St. Anna church, with the Rev. Clement P. Kern officiating. Burial will be made in the adjoining church cemetery.

Friends may view the remains at the Henry Janty home from Wednesday evening until time of services.

Steve Janicic, 56, died at 8 a.m. Sunday morning at St. Nicholas hospital. The remains were removed to the Gerend undertaking parlors from where the funeral will be held Tuesday morning, followed by services at the St. Cyril and Methodius church. Interment will be in North Side Catholic cemetery.

The survivors of the deceased reside in Austria. Mr. Janicic made his home at the American club, Kohler.

Mrs. Anna Mary Jung died at her home in the town of Rhine, Saturday, of la grippe brought on by old age. Mrs. Jung was nearly 86 years old having been born in Holm Hehen, Germany May 2, 1820. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Schamp. In June 1850 she came to America.

Mrs. Paul Jung, 68, of 327 Western Ave., Plymouth, died today at St. Joseph Hospital in Milwaukee where she had been a patient for the past six weeks. The former Estella Pfrang, she was born July 15, 1904 at Plymouth, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. George Pfrang. On July 19, 1927 she was married to Mr. Jung in Sheboygan. The couple lived at Plymouth since marriage. Mrs. Jung was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Plymouth, and its Christian Mothers Society. Survivors are her husband; a son, Paul Jr., of Milwaukee; two daughters, Mrs. Erwin {Claire} Berndt of Wauwatosa and Mrs. John {Colette} Butters of Sun Prairie and seven grandchildren. A brother preceded her in death. The funeral mass will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church following brief family rites at 10 a.m. at Wittkopp Funeral Home, Plymouth. The Rev. Richard Baer, pastor, will be celebrant of the funeral Mass. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Sunday until the hour of services. Paul M. Jung, 75, 327 Western Ave., Plymouth, died Saturday afternoon at St. Joseph Hospital in Milwaukee. He had been ill since August. He was born Sept. 12, 1898 in Merrill a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Christ Jung. When he was 12 the family moved to Sheboygan. As a young man he was a painting contractor at Elkhart Lake. He moved to Plymouth in 1927 where he was a partner in Wisconsin Motor Service Inc. until 1952. After that he was principal stockholder and manager in the Glenbeulah Canning Co. until his retirement in 1967. He married Estella Pfrang on July 19, 1927 in Sheboygan. She died Nov. 24, 1972. Mr. Jung was a member of the Sheboygan County Auto Dealers Association, Plymouth Chamber of Commerce, and Wisconsin Canners Association. Survivors are a son, Paul C., of Milwaukee; two daughters, Mrs. Erwin S. {Claire} Berndt of Wauwatosa and Mrs. John P. {Collette} Butters of Stoughton; seven grandchildren; a brother, Ernst, and six sisters, Mrs. Ervin Camps, Mrs. Arthur Langkabel, Mrs. Henry Goldepski, Mrs. Alex Sterkel, all of Sheboygan. Four brothers preceded him in death. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Plymouth. The Rev. Alan Jurkus associate pastor, will be celebrate of the funeral Mass, following brief family rites at 10 a.m. at the Wittkopp Funeral Home, Plymouth. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. With a gradual weakening for months, due to old age, Charles Joch, Sr. passed away at 8:45 Monday evening at his home, 3 Reed Street.

Mr. Joch was born in Saxony, Germany, July 11, 1842. When he was twelve years of age, he came with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Joch, to America. They came by way of the Great Lakes and landed at Sheboygan, where they remain for about two weeks, when the father purchased the farm southwest of the city on which Charles Joch III, a grandson of the Charles Joch who bought the farm, and a son of the deceased, still resides.

Not content with simply working on the farm, Charles Joch II, learned the carpenter's trade, which he followed for some time. After the death of his father, he remained on the farm. In 1872, he married Miss Clementine Rickmeyer and they conducted the farm until twenty-five years ago, when they purchased the John Schwartz place, formerly the Seth Conover home, where with Mr. and Mrs. Charles Rohde they have since resided.

Mr. Joch delighted in keeping the garden and lawn of his home in fine shape and was able to attend to them until last summer. He was a very active man, and was interested in the work of the Lutheran church, of which he was a member. For a number of years, Mr. Joch was an officer of the Town of Plymouth Fire Insurance Company. And also held other offices.

The survivors are his wife, two daughters, Mrs. Charles Rohde and Mrs. George Meyer, both of this city and one son, Charles, on the homestead, five grandchildren and one great grandchild.

The funeral was held at 1:30 this afternoon at the Wittkopp funeral home, and at two at St. John's Lutheran church. Rev. M. Schmidt conducting the services and commitment was in the Union cemetery.

Mrs. Clementine Joch, aged 81, well-known Sheboygan County resident, passed away at the home, 3 Reed St. at 6:00 p.m. Tuesday.

The deceased was born in Liebe Detmoldt, Germany, October 6, 1852, the daughter of Simon and Ernestina Rickmeyer. At the age of seven years she came with her parents to this country and settle with them in Sheboygan County.

Her marriage to Charles Joch took place October 20, 1872 and the couple resided on the Joch homestead in the town of Plymouth until twenty-nine years ago when they moved to this city. Mr. Joch preceded his wife in death, December 15, 1930. Mrs. Joch was a devout member of the St. John's Lutheran church in this city and a charter member of the Ladies' Aid Society of the church.

Survivors are a son, Charles, on the homestead in the town of Plymouth; tow daughters, Mrs. Charles Rohde and Mrs. George Meyer of this city; five grandchildren and four great-grand children.

Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock at the Wittkopp Funeral Home and at 2 o'clock at St. John's Lutheran Church. The Rev. Martin Schmidt will officiate and burial will be made in the Union Cemetery, The body can be viewed at the Funeral Home from Thursday afternoon until the time of services.

Plymouth - Mrs. Clementine Joch, aged 81, passed away at 6 p.m., Tuesday at her home here, corner of Milwaukee and Reed Street.

Mrs. Joch was born in Germany, October 6, 1852, the daughter of Simon and Ernestina Rickmeyer. She came to the Untied States with her parents at the age of seven years and the family settled in Sheboygan County. On October 20, 1872, she was married to Charles Joch, and the couple resided on the Joch homestead in the Town of Plymouth until twenty-nine years ago, when they moved to the city of Plymouth. Mr. Joch passed away December 15, 1930. Mrs. Joch was a member of the Ladies' Aid Society of the St. John Lutheran Church here.

Survivors are: a son, Charles, of Town of Plymouth; two daughters, Mrs. Charles (Ella) Rohde and Mrs. George (Theresa) Meyer of Plymouth, five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock at the Wittkopp Funeral Home and at 2 o'clock at St. John's Lutheran Church. The Rev. Plymouth, Wis. - Funeral services for Mrs. Clementine Joch, who passed away last Tuesday at her home in this city, were held at 1:30 p.m. Friday at the Wittkopp Funeral Home and at 2 p.m. at St. John's Lutheran Church, the Rev. Martin Schmidt officiating. Miss Margaret Bade sang several selections at both services.

Pallbearers were Robert Wittkopp, Fred Osius, Charles Roepke, George Jurss, Louis Jurss and Henry Rohde.

Funeral services for Mrs. Gertrude Jasperse, 92, who died Monday at her home, 1923 N. 7th St., were held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, at the Ballhorn Funeral chapels.

The Rev. G. J. Rozenboom, pastor of the First Christian Reformed Church, officiated. Interment was made in the family lot in Wildwood cemetery.

Pallbearers were Garry Otte, Jacob Den Boer, E. Jentink, H. Schlichting, Robert Smies and J. Van de Vreugde.

The soloist was Mrs. John M. Leys. During the services she sang two selections, �Will the Circle Be Unbroken?� and �Face to Face�.

William C. Janko, 82, formerly of the town of Wilson and for the past three years a resident of the Anna M. Reiss Home, died this morning at St. Nicholas Hospital.

Born in the town of Wilson on Feb. 18, 1874, the son of Carl and Wilhelmina Janko, he attended rural school. He was married to Miss Anna Roehborn in 1900 (sic, 1901) and she died Jan. 30, 1931. He was employed as cold storage man for the Deland Cheese Co. for 24 years before purchasing a farm in the town of Wilson.

Survivors are two sons, Lester and Elwell, both of this city; two grandchildren; and a sister, Mrs. Hugo Gartmann of the town of Wilson. His parents, two sisters and two brothers preceded him in death.

Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at the Ramm Funeral Home with the Rev. E.T. Schmidtke of Immanuel Lutheran Church officiating. Burial will be in Flader's Rest Cemetery in the town of Wilson.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 4 p.m. Wednesday until the time of services.

Funeral services for William Janko who died Tuesday morning at St. Nicholas Hospital, were held Thursday at 2 p.m. at the Ramm funeral Home with the Rev. E.T. Schmidtke of Immanuel Lutheran Church officiating. Burial was on the family lot in Flader's Rest Cemetery.

During the services Mrs. Marvin Bartz and Mrs. Roland Anschuetz sang "The Lord is My Shepherd" and "Asleep In Jesus." Mrs. Jerome Hardy accompanied on the organ.

Pallbearers were Frank Bock, Henry Herbst, Wilbert Rammer, Walter Roehrborn, Robert Gartmann and Harvey Janko.

Mr. Janko's sister, Mrs. Hugo Gartmann, is a resident of Sheboygan and not the town of Wilson as first reported.

Mrs. Anna Jankow, 52, wife of William Jankow, Town Wilson, died at 3:15 a.m. today at the home of a son, Lester, 1918 Georgia avenue, following a stroke of apoplexy which she suffered after completing a shopping trip in this city on Thursday. Mr. and Mrs. Jankow were ready to leave a local store, when Mrs. Jankow suffered the stroke. She was rushed to the home of her son, Lester.

Mrs. Jankow was born in Town Wilson on December 6, 1878, and lived there until her marriage to William Jankow on June 12, 1901. After their marriage in Town Wilson, the couple moved to Sheboygan, where they lived until four years ago. At that time they returned to Wilson township.

She is survived by her husband, two sons, Lester in Sheboygan, and Elwell at home; four sisters, Mrs. Frank Bock Sr., Mrs. Henry Rammer, Mrs. Albert Miller and Mrs. Leopold Zimmermann, all of Town Wilson, and three brothers, William, Christ and Henry Roehrborn, also of Wilson township.

The body was taken to the Ramm Funeral Home, where friends may view it on Saturday afternoon until the hour of the services. The funeral will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday at the funeral home and at 2 o'clock in Immanuel Lutheran church. Rev. Edward Krause will officiate and interment will be in Flander's Hill cemetery in Town Wilson.

The funeral of Mrs. Anna Jankow, 52, wife of Wiliam Jankow, town of Wilson, who died Friday at the home of a son, Lester, 1918 Georgia avenue, following a stroke of apoplexy, was held at 1:30 p.m. Monday at the Ramm Funeral Home and at 2 o'clock at the Immanuel Lutheran church. Rev. Edward Krause officiated and interment was made in Flander's Hill cemetery in town of Wilson. At the church service the school children sang, "Abide With Me."

The funeral was largely attended by persons from town of Wilson, Sheboygan and adjacent territory.

The pallbearers were Melvin Herbst, Walter Roehrborn, Raymond Jankow, Alvin Reyer, Marlin Miller and Wilbert Rammer.

The out-of-town persons included Mr. and Mrs. Walter Kollmeyer, Milwaukee; Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Jankow, Mr. and Mrs. H. Jankow and Miss Eunice Jankow, all of Campellsport.

The body of a Sheboygan man who had been missing for several months was found early Tuesday afternoon in an abandoned shed in the Town of Wilson.

Raymond Jankow, 47, of Route 4, Sheboygan, was discovered hanging from a rafter in a shed on the Magnus Brinkman property south of Terry Andre State Park.

The discovery was made by Brinkman and Joseph Rothe, of Sheboygan, about 1:50 p.m.

Dr. Reed Simpson, Sheboygan Coroner, estimated that Jankow had committed suicide late in July. The badly decomposed body was taken to the county morgue.

Jankow, a bachelor, had been living with a sister, Mrs. Harry Moenning, 2413 Lower Falls Rd., when he disappeared last May 19, authorities reported.

The family did not report the disappearance because, according to Sheriff Harold B. Kroll, Jankow was in the habit of leaving home for extended periods.

It is believed he was last seen in a Sheboygan County tavern late in June or in the Terry Andre area in July.

Jankow was born Nov. 15, 1909, in the Town of Wilson, a son of the late Charles and Olga Jankow. He attended district schools in the Town of Wilson.

Recently he had been employed as a landscaper by Oliver Schultz, a local landscape contractor.

Survivors are a brother, Harvey, of Newton, and three sisters, Mrs. Harry Moenning, Sheboygan, Mrs. Marlin Miller, Oostburg, and Mrs. Marvin Gosse, Sheboygan Falls. A brother preceded him in death.

Private funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Ramm Funeral Home with the Rev. Marvin P. Lehmann, pastor of St. Paul's Evangelical and Reformed church, officiating.

Cremation will follow the services.

Joseph F. Jacoby, 65, of route 1, Random Lake, died early today at St. Nicholas hospital of injuries received two weeks ago in an accident on his farm.

He had been confined to the hospital since Sept. 7 when he was injured in a fall from a load of hay.

Born Jan. 15, 1885, at Belgium, Wis., Mr. Jacoby resided on a farm near Dacada since his marriage to Margaret Depies at St. Nicholas church, Dacada, on May 21, 1912.

Survivors are his wife; two sons, Arthur, Milwaukee, and Sylvan, at home; three daughters, Viola, Leona, and Solome, at home; four brothers, Henry and John, Belgium, Mike, Lake Church, and Frank, Dacada, and a sister, Miss Kate Jacoby, Milwaukee.

Funeral services will be held at 8:45 a.m. Saturday at the Jacoby farm home and at 9:30 a.m. at St. Nicholas church, Dacada. The Rev. Philip Rose, pastor, will officiate. Interment will be in the parish cemetery.

The body will lie in state at the residence from Thursday evening until the time of the services. Members of the Holy Name society will hold a vigil at the home at 8 p.m. Friday.

William C. Johnson, 53, of 411 Bluff avenue, well known salesman, passed away at 4:30 a.m. today at St. Nicholas hospital following an illness.

Although he had been ill for some time, it was only recently that he returned to the hospital, and his death will come as a shock to his many friends in the community.

Possessing a genial disposition and a sense of humor, �Bill,� as he was generally known, was an exceptionally persuasive salesman and was well known for his prowess in this field. He was also keenly interested in sports, especially in his youth when he excelled in basketball and as a tennis player.

One of his forms of recreation was playing cards with his friends at the Elks club and he also used to enjoy going on fishing and hunting trips in northern Wisconsin. For many years he spent his summers at his cottage at Elkhart Lake.

William Charles Johnson was born April 12, 1897, in Waupaca, the son of Mr. and Mrs. J. Peter Johnson, he attended the public schools and was graduated from the Waupaca High school. He then attended Whitewater Normal school and upon his graduating there he entered the U. S. Navy. He was honorably discharged from the U. S. Naval Reserve on Sept. 30, 1921, and then spent two years at the University of Wisconsin. During those two years he served as private secretary to Gov. John J. Blaine.

He later taught high school at Larrimore, N. D., and Fort Wayne, Ind., and entered the employ of the Burroughs Adding Maching Co. at Chicago 28 years ago, as a salesman, and served in Columbus and Milwaukee before coming to Sheboygan 26 years ago.

He was married to Clara Kromrey on Jan. 1, 1925, at Necedah, Wis., and they have since made their home here in Sheboygan.

Survivors are his wife; two sons, William, Jr., a senior at Harvard School of Law, and Crain, a senior at the University of Wisconsin; three brothers, Waldemar of Waupaca, Kenneth of Osowatomie, Kansas, and James of Evanston, Ill.; three sisters, Mrs. Edward Morgan of Kingsburg, Calif., Mrs. Louis Buttles of Milwaukee and Mrs. Wendell McHenry of Waupaca.

Mr. Johnson was a member of Sheboygan Elks Lodge No. 299 and the Prescott-Bayens Post of the American Legion.

The body was taken to the Robert H. Kroos Funeral home and funeral arrangements will be announced in Friday�s Press.

Funeral services for the late William C. Johnson, 411 Bluff avenue, who passed away Thursday - will be held at the Robert H. Kroos Funeral home at 3 p.m. Saturday.

Jankow:- Charles Jankow, a retired farmer of the town of Wilson, died Sunday, Oct. 22, at his home in that town aged 63 years. The deceased served throughout the civil war as a private in Co. E, 27th Wis. Infy. and was a member of Gustavus Wintermeyer Post. G.A.R. of this city. He is survived by three sons and three daughters. The funeral took place today. Interment in Flader's Hill cemetery.

Carl R. Johanning, 83, a lifelong resident of the Town of Pymouth, died early today at the Plymouth Hospital where he had been a patient for two days.

Born May 3, 1895, in the Town of Plymouth, a son of Rudolph and Emelia Burkhardt Johanning, he attended Betsy Ross School in the township.

He served in the U.S. Army during World War I.

After his marriage to the former Meta Federwisch on Sept. 10, 1921, at Sheboygan Falls, the couple lived and farmed in the Town of Plymouth.

His wife died Aug. 12, 1971.

Mr. Johanning was a former member of the Plymouth American Legion Post and World War I Barracks 2647.

He also was a member of Salem United Church of Christ, Plymouth.

Survivors include a daughter, ..., Milwaukee; a son, ...; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild, and three foster children, ... of Denmark, and ..., both of Sheboygan.

A son, three sisters and a brother preceded him in death.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Salem UCC, the Rev. Lowell Ferguson, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in the Plymouth Woodlawn Cemetery.

Mrs. Carl R. Johanning, 72, of the Town of Plymouth, died unexpectedly at home late Thursday morning.

The former Meta Federwisch, she was born in Sheboygan Falls, March 18, 1899, a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Richard Federwisch.

She attended Sheboygan Falls schools and was confirmed in St. Paul Lutheran Church, Falls, in 1912.

Her marriage to Mr. Johanning took place in Falls, Sept. 10, 1921.

The couple farmed ever since in the Town of Plymouth.

Mrs. Johanning was a member of Salem United Church of Christ, Plymouth, its Ladies Aid Society, the Dye Road Homemakers and Auxiliary to Ladewig-Zinkgraf American Legion Post 243 in Plymouth.

Surviving are her husband; a son, ...; a daughter, ..., Milwaukee; five granddaughters; a brother, William Federwisch, Town of Falls, and a sister, Mrs. Alma Hahn, Sheboygan.

She was preceded in death by a son, two brothers [Reno, Carl] and two sisters [Norma, Erna].

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in Salem UCC, Plymouth, with the Rev. Edmond Hennig, associate pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Plymouth Woodlawn Cemetery.

Gustaf Valfird Johnson, 58, a resident of the Town of Scott, died Friday afternoon at his home after suffering an apparent heart attack.

The son of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Johnson, he was born in Dousland, Sweden, May 16, 1904.

He came to America at the age of 17 and a year later moved to Sheboygan. He lived in the county ever since and for the past five years in the Town of Scott.

Mr. Johnson was married to the former Viola Neese at Waukegan, Ill., July 5, 1928. He was employed for 36 years at the Kohler Co. and was a member of the Kohler Quarter Century Club.

He was a member of St. Stephen's Lutheran Church, Batavia.

Surviving are his wife; three daughters, Mrs. Eugene (Evelyn) Fedmann, Sheboygan Falls, Mrs. Audrey Lis, Town of Scott, and Mrs. Kenneth (Jean) Arentz, Grafton; five sons, James of Cascade, Marvin Carl, Cleveland, Gustaf Jr., Sheboygan Falls, Jack and Jon, both at home; a sister, Mrs. Adolph Anderson, Dousland, Sweden, and 13 grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at St. Stephen's Lutheran Church, Batavia. The Rev. Carl Knorr will officiate and burial will be in the parish cemetery.

Mrs. Anna E. Jacobs, 67, nee Koch, of 724 Kentucky avenue, died suddenly Sunday morning. She was born on Aug. 13, 1872, at Isle Royal, Michigan, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Koch.

At the age of 7 she came to this city with her parents. She married Andrew Jacobs on March 1, 1891. Five children were born of this union, three having died.

Shortly after the marriage the couple moved to Burlington, Wis., where the family lived until Mr. Jacobs death in October, 1929. Since then Mrs. Jacobs has been living in this city.

Survivors are two sons, Arthur of Burlington and Lester of this city, four sisters, Mrs. Herman Hinz, Mrs. Louise Grasse, Mrs. August Moenning, Mrs. Adolph Schilling and Mrs. William Kaphke, all of this city, three grandchildren, and one brother, William, of Plymouth.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday morning at 7:30 o'clock at the Ballhorn funeral temple, the Rev. H.H. Wegner officiating with burial in St. Mary's cemetery, Burlington. The body can be viewed at the funeral temple.

Funeral services for Mrs. Anna E. Jacobs, nee Koch, who died Saturday at her home, 724 Kentucky avenue, were held Tuesday at 7:30 a.m. at the Ballhorn funeral temple. The Rev. H.H. Wegner officiated and burial was in St. Mary's cemetery at Burlington, Wis.

Pallbearers were Arthur Moenning, Robert Driscoll, John Marcus, Joseph Diehl, John Hornick and Martin Jelene.

Residents here were shocked on Thursday morning when they learned of the death of Mrs. Philip Jugenheimer, which had occurred that morning at 2 o'clock. Mrs. Jugenheimer had been ill one week.

The deceased, the daughter of the late John Feldmann and Julia Uhl was born in the Town of Rhine on July 24, 1891 and May 18, 1915 she was united in marriage with Philip Jugenheimer.

Survivors are her husband, one daughter, Phyllis, and a sister, Mrs. Ernst {Linda} Bartelt of Milwaukee.

Funeral services were held on Saturday, with services conducted by the Rev. E. H. Delware at 2 o'clock at the Meiselwitz Funeral Home, and burial was made in the Rockville cemetery. The Royal Neighbors, of which the deceased was a member, attended the last rites in a body.

Otto G. Jost, 84, of 1538 S. 11th St., died Sunday evening at his home.

He was born Aug. 19, 1881, at Cleveland, a son of Peter and Carolina Jost. He attended Bethlehem Lutheran School and worked at Crocker Chair Co. here and at Sheboygan Memorial Hospital, retiring in 1958.

He was a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church.

Mr. Jost was married May 26, 1906, to Minnie Wendland in Sheboygan. She preceded him in death in 1938.

Surviving are a son, Robert, of Sturgeon Bay; a daughter, Mrs. Leon (Marion) Stolper, Barron; and five grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Ramm Funeral Home. The Rev. Donald Schulz, pastor of Bethlehem Church, will officiate and burial will be in the family lot at Lutheran Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home until the time of services.

Services for Mrs. Walter Julius, 60, of 1311 Ashland Ave., will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday with a funeral Mass at Immaculate Conception Church.

Mrs. Julius died Tuesday at St. Joseph's Hospital in Burbank, Calif.

The former Helen Wilkus was born June 25, 1910 in Stanley, Wis., the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Dominic Wilkus. She came to Sheboygan with her parents as a child and attended St. Peter Claver Catholic School.

On June 25, 1931, she married Walter Julius in Sheboygan.

She was employed for the past 12 years as a cashier at the Piggly Wiggly Supermarket. Her memberships included the Immaculate Conception Church and the Christian Mothers Society.

Survivors include her husband; one son, William of Green Bay; one daughter, Mrs. James (Patricia) Atkinson of Burbank and two brothers, Judge Joseph Wilkus of Sheboygan and Anthony of Milwaukee. She was preceded in death by one sister.

Brief family rites will be held at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at the Ramm-Ziegler Funeral Home preceding the 10 a.m. Mass which will be offered by the Rev. Ignatius Staskunas, pastor. Burial will be in the Immaculate Conception Cemetery.

Friends may call after 4 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. A parish vigil will be held at 7:30 p.m. Friday at Ramm-Ziegler.

Harry E. Jaeger, 75, of Milwaukee, a former Town of Greenbush farmer, died Thursday at Milwaukee County General Hospital where he had been a patient for two days.

Born on May 26, 1895 at Marshall, Wis., he was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Emil Jaeger.

A World War I veteran, he served with the U.S. Navy for six years. He was a turrent captain on the USS New York.

On Oct. 2, 1922 he married the former Elva Schlenter in Dane County.

The couple lived at Marshall, farmed at Howards Grove-Millersville and at Clyman, Wis. before settling on a farm in the Town of Greenbush in 1929. Mrs. Jaeger died May 24, 1966.

Mr. Jaeger had resided in Milwaukee the past two years. He was a member of the Greenbush American Legion Post.

Survivors include three sons, Barton of West Bend, Gerald of Sheboygan and John of Milwaukee; three daughters, Mrs. William (Joan) Hann of Mequon, Mrs. David (Janet) Hesprich of Slinger, and Mrs. Bernard (Bonnie) Klunke of Woodridge, Ill.; nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs. Ella Hart, Mrs. Esther Splees and Mrs. Louise Kuhlmann, all of Marshall. Two brothers preceded him in death.

Funeral services will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. at the Wittkopp Funeral Home, Plymouth, with the Rev. Harvey Schall, pastor of the Wesley United Methodist Church, Sheboygan, officiating. Burial will be in the Greenbush Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 3 p.m. Saturday until the hour of services.

Military rites will be conducted at the grave by the Greenbush American Legion.

A memorial fund has been established in Mr. Jeager's name for the American Cancer Fund.

Funeral services for Mrs. Emily Jumes, 77, formerly of 506 N. 8th St., will be held 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at St. Spyridon Green Orthodox Church.

Burial will be in Wildwood Cemetery.

Friends may call at the Ramm Funeral Home after 5 p.m. today.

Mrs. Jumes, who died Friday at Holy Ghost Hospital in Cambridge, Mass., was born in Zaharo, Greece, on Feb. 13, 1886, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Christos Skanzares. She came to the United States in 1920 and was married to Christ Jumes in 1921 in Milwaukee. Following their marriage the couple settled in Sheboygan.

Mr. Jumes died in 1937.

In 1947, Mrs. Jumes moved to Chicago where she lived for eight years, then to Brookline, Mass., where she lived with her son, George.

He survives, alone with another son, Nick, of Bellwood, Ill.; four grandchildren; a brother, John Skanzares of Chicago, and a sister, Mrs. Theone Katsis of Chicago.

Mrs. Jumes as a member of the Society of Megalopolitison.

Maribeth Jacquette, 18, of 6102 S. 12th St., died Wednesday at University Hospital, Madison, following a prolonged illness.

Born Jan. 27, 1956, in Sheboygan, a daughter of Mrs. Ann Abestetar Jacquette and the late Martin Jacquette Jr., she attended St. Peter Claver Catholic School and was a student at South High School.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by one brother, Martin III, Sheboygan and a sister, Marianne, at home.

Funeral services will be held Saturday with an 11 a.m. funeral Mass at St. Peter Claver Catholic Church, the Rev. Edward Abstetar, Wichita Falls, Tex., and Fr. Silas Baumann, her uncles, concelebrants, following family rites at 10:30 at the Ramm-Ziegler Funeral Home. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 4 p.m. Friday.

A Bible wake will be held at the funeral home at 7:30 p.m. Friday.

A memorial fund has been established in Miss Jacquette's name.

Edwin (Eddie) Janssen, 78, of R. 3, Sheboygan Falls, died early this morning at St. Nicholas Hospital.

He was born July 19, 1890, in the Town of Wilson, a son of the late Henry and Johanna (Haen) Janssen.

On Nov. 17, 1914, he married Agnes Prepster at St. George's Catholic Church in the Town of Wilson.

The couple farmed at their homestead in rural Sheboygan Falls, until they retired in 1962. Mrs. Janssen died in that year.

He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Sheboygan Falls, and a member of the Holy Name Society of the church. He was also a member of the Jolly Time Club; and the Home Folks Club.

Survivors are one son, Clemens, R. 3, Sheboygan Falls; two daughters, Mrs. Leonard (Veronica) Heilmann, R. 3, Sheboygan Falls, and Mrs. Edward (Isabelle) Kastelic, Plymouth; 19 grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Lavina Hasselhofer, Sheboygan Falls; and one brother, William, Sheboygan Falls.

Besides his wife and parents, one sister preceded him in death.

A requiem Mass will be celebrated Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Sheboygan Falls, with the Rev. Harold Herbst, pastor, celebrant of the Mass. Brief family rites will precede the Mass at the Huehns Funeral Home, Sheboygan Falls, at 10 a.m. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m. and on Monday from 4 to 9 p.m. The parish rosary will be said Monday at 8 p.m.

A memorial fund in Mr. Janssen's name has been established for the church.

Funeral services for Mrs. Bernice Justinger, 54, of 436 Mill St., Sheboygan Falls, will be Thursday at 1:30 p.m. at the First Reformed Church in Sheboygan Falls. Rev. Cornelius Reynen, pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in the Sheboygan Falls Cemetery.

Born June 2, 1918, she was a daughter of the late John and Esther Lammers.

In addition to survivors previously listed are her brothers, Herbert Lammers of Gibbsville, Earl and Stanley Lammers, both of Hingham.

Friends may call at the Huehns Funeral Home in Falls after 4 p.m. today.

A memorial fund has been established in Mrs. Justinger's name.

Mrs. Berendina Jansen, 89, widow of Gerhard, a former Cedar Grove resident, died Wednesday evening at Windcrest Nursing Home, Clinton, Iowa. She had resided there since January.

She was born May 27, 1884 in Lichtenvorde, Holland, the daughter of the late Herman and Alberdiena Meerdink Veldbroom Vanlochem.

On April 20, 1915 she was married to M. Jansen in Recklinghausen, Westphalen, Germany. They came to the United States in 1926. Her husband died in January, 1974.

She was a member of First Reformed Church, Cedar Grove.

Survivors are a daughter, Mrs. Paul (Marie) Paulsen of R. 1, Charlotte, Iowa, a granddaughter and two great-grandchildren.

Three sisters and a brother preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday at First Reformed Church, Cedar Grove, preceded by a 1:15 family service at the church. The Rev. Cornelius Hoekstra, pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery.

Friends may call at the church after 10 a.m. Friday, until the time of services.

Julius John, 71, of 1903 Martin Ave., died suddenly Wednesday afternoon while en route to a Sheboygan hospital after suffering a heart attack at his home at 3:15 p.m.

Mr. John was born in Germany April 7, 1890, a son of the late Frederick and Caroline John. He married the former Ida Kleinsimon in Germany Aug. 11, 1912, and came to Sheboygan in 1923.

Mr. John was employed by the Kohler Co. until his retirement in 1955. He was a member of the Kohler Quarter Century Club.

Survivors are his wife; two daughters, Mrs. Carl (Martha) Knorr and Miss Frieda John, both of Sheboygan, and one granddaughter. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by an infant son.

Funeral services will be held at the Nickel's Funeral Home at 1:30 p.m. Friday, with the Rev. T. Parry Jones, pastor of the First Methodist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Wildwood Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 6 o'clock tonight.

Howards Grove - August Johanning passed away at 12:35 a.m. Sunday at the Sheboygan Memorial hospital after a lingering illness.

Born Jan. 20, 1888, in town Herman, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Conrad Johanning, he was married May 17, 1928, to Rose Baumann, and they resided on the Johanning homestead in town Herman. He was a faithful member of the Saron Reformed church and was always a kind and helpful neighbor.

Survivors are his wife; two brothers, Fred of town Sheboygan Falls and Herman of town Herman; three sisters, Mrs. Herman Stoelting of Franklin, Mrs. William Hanke and Mrs. Henry Kleinhans of town Plymouth. Two brothers, a sister and his parents preceded him in death.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. at the Walter H. Ahrens funeral home here and at 2 p.m. at the Saron Reformed church in town Sheboygan Falls. The Rev. H. T. Vriesen will officiate and burial will be made in the church cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home beginning Tuesday at 10 a.m.

Mrs. Anna Jaeckels, wife of Jacob Jaeckels, died Saturday evening at seven o'clock at her home in Merrill, after a short illness. Mrs. Jaeckels was formerly Miss Anna Entringer of this city. She was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Entringer, 1010 Kentucky avenue. The news of her death will be a shock to her many friends in this city where she was well known. Mrs. Jaeckels was born on January 13, 1870. In 1878 the family moved to this city, where afterward she was married. She leaves besides her husband and parents, four children, Anna, Katherine, Elizabeth and Mathias, six sisters, Mrs. Frank Bersch, Mrs. John Schaafs, of this city, Mrs. John Dietz, of St. Cloud, Mrs. Joseph Multer of Haven, the Misses Gertrude and Margaret Entringer, of this city, and two brothers, Joseph and Nicholas, of Sheboygan. The remains will arrive from Merrill at 7:15 o'clock tonight. The funeral will be held from the home Wednesday morning at eight o'clock. Burial will be in the South Side Catholic cemetery. Rev. Fr. VanTreeck of St. Peter Claver church will officiate.

The funeral of Mrs. Jacob Jaeckels, who died at her home in Merrill, was buried in the South Side Catholic cemetery at eight o'clock Wednesday morning. Many wreaths and floral pieces were laid on the casket by relatives and friends of the decedent. Services were held in St. Peter Claver church, after which the funeral procession marched to the cemetery. The pall-bearers were Messrs. Gottlieb Kleefisch, J.P. Mannebach, John Schamer, Nicholos Born, Nicholas Bruder and John Behrens.

Wilma Johne, the twelve year old child of Mr. and Mrs. Ernst Johne, died in St. Nicholas Hospital, Wednesday night at seven o'clock, after an illness of five days with a complication of brain fever and meningitis. The child was removed from her home 1135 Erie avenue to the hospital on Tuesday night. Today the flag on the Eighth ward school is at half mast in her honor. She was a student in the fifth grade of that school, and was beloved by all her school mates. She was born in this city on February 16, 1897. Besides her parents she leaves two brothers and a sister, Arthur and Walter Johne and Mrs. Henry Becker. The funeral will be held Sunday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock from the home and from Trinity church at two o'clock. Rev. Wolbrecht will preach the sermon. Burial will be in the Lutheran cemetery.

Adam Juschowski, died this morning at his home, 1510 S. 12th street. The funeral will be held Sunday morning at eight o'clock from the home. Burial will be in the South Side Catholic cemetery. Rev. Van Treeck will officiate.
