The sudden death last Sun. of the 24 yr. old son of Friedrich W�gner of Town Hermann, who had been declining for a year with a bone consuming disease and had already had one leg amputated.

Oostburg - Mrs. Johanna Wondergem died Friday evening at the home of her son, John Wondergem, south of Oostburg. Death was due to the infirmities of old age, combined with heart trouble, and followed an illness of four months.

Mrs. Wondergem was 82 years of age and had been a resident of Sheboygan county 21 years, coming to the United States from the Netherlands after the death of her husband. She has made her home with her son from the time of her arrival.

Mrs. P. Gustav (Erna) Grasser Waldau, 91, of 1601 N. 9th St. Sheboygan, died Monday, December 25, 1989 at the home of her daughter.

She was born December 3, 1898 in Sheboygan County, the daughter of the late Michael and Welhelmina (Rades) Grasser.

She was married May 31, 1927 in Porterfield, WI. She lived in Sheboygan most of her life, where her husband was employed at Art Imig clothiers. She was a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church and former a member of Holy Name Catholic Church of Sheboygan; Ladies Altar Society, St. Lawrence Guild, Third Order of St. Francis, Mission Society, mother of five or more club.

She is survived by five daughters and three sons-in-law, Margaret Dresen, of Racine; Betty and Earl Kohlman, of Albuquerque, New Mexico; Carol Dugan, of Green Bay; Jean and Jim Beatty, Kaukauna; 33 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren, one brother and four sisters-in-law, Cyril Gasser, Chicago; Ursula Kesener, Tulsa Oklahoma; Nina Grasser, Porterfield; Doris Grasser, Portsmouth, New Hampshire; Johanne Deepen, Germany, one sister and one brother-in-law, Leona Pouliot, Hudson, MA; Albert Kearney, Cambridge Massachusetts.

The funeral services will be at 12 noon on Friday, at Holy Cross Catholic Church, Kaukauna. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Sheboygan. Friends may call at Holy Cross Church from 11 a.m. on Friday, until the time of services.

A memorial fund has been established in her name.

The Fargo Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.

Plymouth (Special) - The funeral service for Mrs. Wilhelmina Wendlandt, who passed away at 6:40 a.m., Saturday, will be held on Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the Wittkopp funeral home here. The Rev. Herman G. Schmid will officiate and interment will be made in the Woodlawn cemetery.

Mrs. Wendlandt was born in Borin, Germany, December 17, 1861, and came to this country in 1894. She came directly to Sheboygan county and moved to Plymouth in 1918. Her husband, William Wendlandt, preceded her in death in 1932 and a son, Carl, also preceded her.

Mrs. Wendlandt is survived by the following: Fred Wendlandt of Plymouth; William Wendlandt of Plymouth; Frank Wendlandt of Fond du Lac, and Mrs. John Deicher of Sheboygan. Ten grandchildren and one great-grandchild and a brother, Gottfried Langgable of Plymouth and a sister, Mrs. Casper Trimberger of Sheboygan, also survive.

Plymouth � Funeral services for Paul W. Wagner, who passed away at his home on Collins street, were conducted Thursday morning at 10 o�clock at the residence. The Rev. E. J. Fitzpatrick, rector of St. Paul�s Episcopal church, officiated and burial was made in Union cemetery.

Pallbearers were Dr. A. C. Luecker, Milton O. Timm, Dr. H. F. Deicher, George Wittkopp, Victor Wernecke and Assemblyman E. J. Larson.

Relatives and friends were present from Sheboygan Falls, Ripon, Kiel, Green Bay, this city and vicinity.

Plymouth � Miss Violetta K. Winter, 36, died Wednesday afternoon at 1:30 p.m. at the Plymouth hospital where she had been a patient for the past eight months.

She was born on July 17, 1907, in Plymouth, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Winter, and attended Plymouth High school. Prior to her illness she was employed at the Curtiss hotel in Plymouth.

Survivors are her parents, four sisters, the Misses Evangeline, Sylvia, and Constance of this city, and Miss Marcella Winter of Milwaukee, one brother, Air Cadet Charles Winter of Nashville, Tenn., and one nephew.

Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday morning at 9 a.m. at the Gentine Funeral home and at 9:30 o�clock at the St. John the Baptist Catholic cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 7 o�clock this evening until the time of the services.

Plymouth � Funeral services for Miss Violetta Winter, who passed away at the Plymouth hospital on Wednesday, were conducted Saturday morning at 9 o�clock from the Gentine Funeral home with a requiem high mass at 9:30 o�clock in the St. John the Baptist church. The Rev. A. J. July was the celebrant and was assisted by the Rev. C. J. Schouten of Cascade as the deacon and the Rev. Wm. Huemmer of the local church as sub-deacon.

During the services in the church Miss Evelyn Stroebel sang, �Jesus, Lover of My Soul�. She was accompanied by Mrs. Irma Burke.

The pallbearers were Atty. B. R. Mooney, Fred Brang, A. Schaller, Thomas McGuire, Henry Thielmann and Alfred Schilling.

There were many beautiful floral offerings and spiritual bouquets and a large number of relatives and friends called at the funeral home and attended the services.

Among those from away were: Mr. and Mrs. John Nicolay, Miss Valeria Nicolay, New Holstein; John Gebhard, Chilton; Joseph Gebhard, Milwaukee, and Miss Margaret Slattery, town of Mitchell.

Funeral services for Henry Wahls, who passed away at the Plymouth hospital Monday afternoon, were held Thursday at 2 p.m. at the A. E. Rauschert Funeral home in Sheboygan Falls with the Rev. J. H. Abelmann of St. Lucas Lutheran Church officiating. Burial was made in the Sheboygan Falls cemetery.

Pallbearers were Robert Fenner, Harold Fahl, David Vande Vreugde, Ralph DeSmith, Alfred Ruselink and Walter Machut.

During the services Mrs. Verman Hamann sang �Who Knows How Soon My Days Are Ended� and �My Faith Looks Up to Thee�. She was accompanied at the organ by Mrs. Al Ruselink.

Mrs. Flossie Wicker, 86, of 1026 Superior Ave., died Friday at St. Nicholas Hospital after a prolonged illness.

The former Flossie Stirdivant, she was born in the Town of Wilson on Feb. 14, 1887, a daughter of the late Jasper and Henrietta Stirdivant.

She married Joseph Wicker on Dec. 7, 1907. He died in 1969.

Before her marriage she was employed as a saleslady at the Dressler Ice Cream Parlor.

She is survived by three sisters, Mrs. Ellen Jacob of Sheboygan, Mrs. Edward Speer of Santa Roasa, Calif., and Mrs. H. Clark Smith of Tujunga, Calif., two brothers, Clarence of Downey, Calif., and Ben of Yuciapa, Calif.

She was preceded in death by one sister and one brother.

Funeral services will be at 1:30 Monday at the Nickel's Funeral Home with the Rev. Stanley Matz, pastor of St. Luke United Methodist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Wildwood Cemetery.

Marvin H. Wagner, 56, of 2525 N. 10th St., died at Sheboygan Memorial Tuesday evening after a lengthy illness.

Born in Hancock, Mich., on Sept. 17, 1911, a son of the late Joseph and Emma Wagner, he moved to Sheboygan with his family in 1923.

He married Ruth Schwaller on Sept. 28, 1935.

He had been an auto mechanic for many years in various Sheboygan garages. The past 10 years he had been employed at the R. A. Manning Co.

He was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church.

Survivors are his wife; a son, Robert, of Sheboygan; a daughter, Susan, at home; three grandchildren; three brothers, Carlos, Wesley and Alden, all of Sheboygan; a sister, Mrs. Joyce Konkel, Sheboygan.

Two sisters preceded him in death.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Nickel's Funeral Home with the Rev. Arnold Wenger, pastor of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.

Funeral services for Mrs. Rosalie Wismer, 75, widow of Emil Wismer, 2208 Prospect avenue, New Holstein, who passed away Saturday evening at the St. Nicholas hospital following a lingering illness, were held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the Robert H. Kroos Funeral home with the Rev. John Seidler of St. John's Evangelical and Reformed church of New Holstein officiating. Burial was made in the family lot in the Kohler cemetery.

Born in Zurich, Switzerland, Oct. 4, 1874, the daughter of Christian and Bertha Harder, she attended school there and was married there to Emil Wismer on July 21, 1898. They came to America, direct to New Holstein, in 1908, and celebrated their golden wedding anniversary a year ago last July.

She was a member of the Royal Neighbors and a member of St. John's Evangelical and Reformed church of New Holstein.

Survivors are a son Emil of New Holstein; a daughter, Mrs. Henry (Marguerit) Mihm of Sheboygan Falls; one grandson; and two sisters, Mrs. Marie Baumberger and Mrs. Julie Moosberger, both of Switzerland. Her husband passed away Dec. 7, 1949, and a daughter Hedwig died in 1941.

During the funeral services Mrs. Nic Dohms sang "Face to Face" and "The Lord is My Shepherd". Miss Hattie Rodewald accompanied at the organ.

Pallbearers were Otto Miley, Hugo Neumann, Henry Nottling, Andrew Federer, Rudolph Mihm and Bert Vander Steen.

Many beautiful floral pieces were received and numerous friends and relatives from this vicinity attended the services.

Mrs. Minnie Wieland, 82, a resident of Sunny Ridge, formerly of 424 N. Milwaukee St., Plymouth, died at Plymouth Hospital Saturday after an illness of two weeks.

The former Minnie Never was born March 23, 1884, in the Town of Lyndon, a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Never. On June 2, 1906, she was married to Fred W. Wieland in Plymouth.

The couple lived in the Town of Lyndon for 1-1/2 years before moving to Plymouth. Mr. Wieland died April 10, 1963.

Mrs. Wieland lived at Sunny Ridge the past 2-1/2 years.

She was a member of First Congregational United Church of Christ, Plymouth.

Only survivors are nieces and nephews. Three brothers and three sisters preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. at the Wittkopp Funeral Home, Plymouth, the Rev. Herbert Balcom, pastor of the First Congregational UCC, officiating. Burial will be in the Plymouth Woodlawn Cemetery.

Mrs. Frank (Clara) Wolf, 74, formerly of 828 Swift Ave., died Sunday at Elm Convalescent Home where she had been a resident for 11 years.

Born Oct. 14, 1887 in Sheboygan, she was a daughter of the late Frank and Wilhelmina Nuenfeld. She attended Bethlehem Lutheran School and was confirmed at Bethlehem Lutheran Church.

Her marriage to Frank Wolf occurred May 2, 1912.

She was a life-long resident of Sheboygan and a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church.

Survivors are one daughter, Mrs. Elwood (Ann) Gosse; one grand-daughter and two great-grandchildren.

She also was preceded in death by her husband and one brother.

Funeral services will be held 3:30 p.m. Wednesday at Ramm's Funeral Home with the Rev. Rudolph Scheffel, pastor of Bethlehem Lutheran Church, officiating. Burial will be in the family lot in Lutheran Cemetery.

John Wassink, Sr., 61, a well-known Adell businessman for 32 years, died Wednesday evening at Sheboygan Memorial hospital after a short illness.

A life-long resident of Sheboygan county, he was born Nov. 20, 1887, in the town of Holland, the son of Mr. and Mrs. John Wassink. He made his home in Adell for the past 43 years.

Since 1917, Mr. Wassink was a co-partner in the Wassink-Navis Hardware company at Adell. He was a member of the Hingham Reformed church, the Sunday school and the Men's Brotherhood.

On July 2, 1913, he was married to Alice Neerhof of the town of Sherman.

Survivors are the widow; two daughters, Miss Elvira, at home, and Mrs. Marjorie Van Tatenhove, Holland, Mich.; two sons, Gilbert, Plymouth, and John, Jr., Adell, and four grandchildren.

Four brothers, William, Plymouth, Harmon and Joseph, Sheboygan, and Harvey, Sheboygan Falls, and three sisters, Mrs. Louis (Jennie) Mentink and Mrs. John Veldboom, Cedar Grove, and Mrs. Ernest (Minnie) Sinkie, Mitchell, S.D., also survive.

A sister, Hattie Whiffen, and one brother, Henry, preceded him in death.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the Zuengler Funeral home, Adell, and at 2 p.m. at the Hingham Reformed church. The Rev. Adrian Newhouse, pastor, will officiate, and burial will be made in the Hingham cemetery.

The body will lie in state at the funeral home from Friday afternoon until the time of the services.

Alvin Wilde, 117 E. Seebold avenue, Milwaukee, passed away Sunday morning at Milwaukee.

Born at Wayside, Wis., on Sept. 4, 1878, he came to Sheboygan with his parents in 1888, and was confirmed in 1892 at the Trinity Lutheran church. He was employed at various places in the city until 1924 when he moved to Milwaukee.

Survivors are four sisters, Mrs. Ida Hoffman and Mrs. Casper Ruppel of Manitowoc, Mrs. Henry Mordhorst of Kiel and Mrs. John Nisleit of this city.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 3:15 o'clock at the Ramm Funeral home with the Rev. H. H. Wegner officiating, and burial will be made in the Lutheran cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home beginning this evening.

Mrs. William Wambsganss, nee Catherine Elizabeth Martens, 74, of 1617 N. Seventh street, passed away Sunday morning at the Sheboygan Memorial hospital.

The daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Peter Martens, the deceased was born at Fond du Lac on Aug. 19, 1871, attended the Lutheran parochial school and graduated with honors from the Fond du Lac High school in 1891.

In 1892 she was united in marriage with the Rev. William Wambsganss and the couple resided for several years at Hostein, Heb., where Mr. Wambsganss served as pastor of the Zion Lutheran church. In 1899, the family moved to Sheboygan where the Rev. Mr. Wambsganss accepted the pastorate of the Bethlehem Lutheran church and served until the time of his death in 1927.

Survivors include three sons, Samuel, Paul and Martin, all of North Tonowanda, N.Y.; nine daughters, Miss Theresa, Mrs. William (Hedwig) Schmidt, Miss Emma, Mrs. H. S. (Norma) Lein, Miss Gertrude and Miss Esther of North Tonowanda, Miss Ruth and Miss Frieda, at home, and Mrs. E. A. (Marie) Albers, Sheboygan Falls; 17 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren, and one sister, Miss Lena Martens, Fond du Lac. Three weeks ago today a brother, Henry C. Martens of Milwaukee, preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Bethlehem Lutheran church, with the Rev. H. H. Wegner, pastor, officiating. Interment will be made in Lutheran cemetery.

The body will lie in state at the Ramm Funeral home from 7:30 o'clock this evening until 10 a.m. Wednesday, when it will be taken to the church. The casket will remain open until the time of the services.

Funeral services for Mrs. E. Alda Wynveen, 63, formerly of 123 Center Ave., Cedar Grove, who died Tuesday, will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Calvary Orthodox Presbyterian Church in Cedar Grove.

The Rev. Henry Fikkert, pastor, will officiate at the service which will be preceded by family rites at 1:45 p.m. in the church basement. Burial will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery.

The former E. Alda Kappers was born July 14, 1912, in the Town of Holland, a daughter of the late William and Alydia Prinsen Kappers.

On June 26, 1930, she married Henry Wynveen at the home of her parents in the Town of Holland. Her husband died Jan. 4, 1972.

Mrs. Wynveen worked for many years at the Musebeck Shoe Factory in Cedar Grove, retiring in 1973.

She was a member of Calvary Orthodox Presbyterian Church, Cedar Grove, and was an associate member of the Dorcas Society of the church.

Surviving are a son, Roger; two daughters, Mrs. Ralph (Margaret) Voskuil and Mrs. LaMont (Audrey) Kaland, all of Cedar Grove; 10 grandchildren; two brothers, Harold Kappers of Oostburg and Eugene of Cedar Grove, and one sister, Mrs. Howards TeLinderl, Cedar Grove. She was preceded in death by an infant son.

A memorial fund has been established in Mrs. Wynveen's name.

Mrs. Mary E. Wittkopp, 87, of 1210-C Reed St., Plymouth, widow of Alfred C., died at Plymouth Extended Care Facility at 7:45 p.m. Tuesday after a six months illness.

The former Mary Payne, she was born Sept. 24, 1885 in the Town of Mitchell, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Clark Payne.

On Jan. 1, 1908 she was married at Cascade to Mr. Wittkopp. The couple lived in Mitchell and Green Bay before coming to Plymouth in 1940. Her husband died in Nov. 21, 1957.

She was a member of St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church at Plymouth and its Mission Circle.

Surviving is a sister, Mrs. Emery Lau of Cascade.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, three sons, a brother and sister.

Funeral services will be Friday at 2:30 p.m. at St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church. The Rev. Robert Wudy, associate pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery, Town of Lyndon.

Friends may call at Wittkopp Funeral Home at Plymouth after 3 p.m. Thursday, until 11 a.m. Friday, and at the church until the time of services.

Charles L. Wangerin, 1926 S. Twelfth street, passed away at St. Nicholas hospital Tuesday morning.

He was born in La Crosse, Sept. 1, 1883, the son of Carl and Anna Wangerin. Several years later the family moved to Millston, Wis., where he attended school. He came to this city in 1909 and was married to Miss Olga Peterson on November 24, 1914, by the late Rev. William Wambsganss. The couple always made their home here.

Mr. Wangerin was employed by the Wisconsin Public Service corporation from 1924 until his retirement in 1949.

Survivors are his wife and seven children, Carl of this city, Mrs. F. C. Goodson of Cleveland, Oklahoma; Robert of Green Bay; Stuart of Sheboygan; Mrs. Marvin Boll of Random Lake; Mrs. Richard Sonntag of this city, and Mrs. Roland Goodson of Pampa, Texas. Ten grandchildren, a brother, Leonard Wangerin of Merrill, and a sister, Mrs. August Moeller of Kohler, also survive.

Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the Ramm Funeral home with the Rev. Ira E. Schlagenhauf of Wesley Methodist church officiating. Burial will be made in the family lot in Wildwood. Friends may call at the funeral home from Thursday noon until the time of services.

Miss Dena Wynveen, 83, passed away at 2 p.m. Thursday at St. Nicholas hospital, Sheboygan. She had been a patient at the hospital for the past five weeks.

A resident of Cedar Grove, Miss Wynveen has only one immediate survivor, a sister, Miss Lyda Wynveen, also of that village.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the George Wynveen home in Cedar Grove, followed by services at the First Reformed church at 2 p.m. The Rev. J. R. Euwema will officiate and burial will be made in the Reformed church cemetery.

The body will lie in state at the Te Ronde Funeral home in the village from this evening until noon tomorrow when it will be removed to the church. It will then lie in state at the church from shortly past noon until time of services.

Mrs. Mathilda Wehrman, 74, passed away Thursday morning at her home one mile west of Sheboygan Falls.

Born Dec. 30, 1875, in Sheboygan, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gottlieb Schultz, she attended the public schools and on Nov. 20, 1909, she was married to Fred Wehrman. He passed away July 3, 1944.

Survivors are a brother, Otto Schultz of this city and three sisters, Mrs. Frank Pieper and Mrs. Abel Drool of this city and Mrs. Nellie Thiek of California.

Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2:30 p.m. at the Ballhorn Funeral chapels with the Rev. August Grollmus officiating and burial will be made in the family lot in Wildwood cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home until the time of the services.

Funeral services for Daniel Widder, infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Widder, 1211 Kentucky Ave., who died at birth Wednesday at Sheboygan Memorial Hospital, were held at 2 p.m. today at the Ramm Funeral Home.

The Rev. Terrence L. McCready, pastor of Faith United Church of Christ, Erdman, officiated in the absence of the Rev. George Mohr, pastor of Zion Reformed Church. Burial was in Lutheran Cemetery.

Besides the parents, survivors are the grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Donald Widder, Mr. and Mrs. Everett Buss, and the great-grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Nagel and Mr. and Mrs. Paul Widder, all of Sheboygan.

Mrs. Vera B. Wilke, 36, wife of Bernard Wilke, died at her home in the town of Sheboygan, Route 3, on the Howards road, at 8:30 a.m., Sunday, after a lingering illness.

Mrs. Wilke was born in this city Sept. 15, 1901, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Louis Dexheimer. She attended the public schools in this city and later Mapledale school in the town of Sheboygan from where she was graduated on Nov. 26, 1924.

She was united in marriage with Bernard Wilke, who survives with two children, Pearl Enid, 12, and Kenneth Rogers, 8, her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Louis Dexheimer, town Sheboygan; one sister, Mrs. Frank Sniff, Chicago, and three brothers, Arthur and George, Chicago; Wally in San Francisco.

Mrs. Wilke was confirmed in Zion Reformed church and had been a faithful member since then. She enjoyed a large acquaintance and many friends in the city and county.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, at the Robert H. Kroos Funeral home. The Rev. E. H. Wessler of Zion Reformed church will officiate and burial will be made in the Lutheran cemetery. The body will lie in state from Tuesday noon to the hour of services.

Mrs. Lena Winterberg, 84, formerly of 1524 Kentucky Ave., and a resident of the Heritage Nursing Center the past three months, died there Sunday evening.

The former Lena Hurtienne, she was born in Sheboygan on Nov. 22, 1885, a daughter of the late Carl and Bertha Hurtienne. She attended school in Sheboygan.

On Aug. 8, 1903, she and August Winterberg were married here. He died in 1958.

Mrs. Winterberg was a member of St. Paul United Church of Christ.

Surviving are one son, Erwin, of Sheboygan; six daughters, Mrs. Tony (Lena) Wilmer, Mrs. Arthur (Alma) Koeser, Mrs. Ray (Leona) Mischo and Mrs. Ray (Elanor) Krepsky, all of Sheboygan, Mrs. Gottfired (Grace) Richter of Little Elkhart Lake, and Mrs. Ben (Ruth) Federer of Campbellsport; 19 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, and one brother, William of Sheboygan. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one daughter, six brothers, and one sister.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 Wednesday at the Ramm-Ziegler Funeral Home with the Rev. Dr. Bliss Cartwright, interim pastor of St. Paul United Church of Christ, officiating. Burial will be in Wildwood Cemetery.

A 19-year-old New Holstein youth early today became Sheboygan County's 12th highway fatality of the year.

Tracy Westcott of 2025 Randolph St., New Holstein, was killed outright when he was pinned beneath the sports car in which he was riding on County Trunk J, about a quarter-mile east of the entrance to the Sheboygan County Marsh.

Westcott, employed as a drill press operator by Tecumseh Products Co., was a son-in-law of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth L. Kunde of 2831 S. 10th St., Sheboygan.

He and the former Cynthia Kunde were married at St. Andrew's Lutheran Church in Sheboygan on Aug. 8, 1960. They had no children.

Terrence W. Reiss, 24, of 1905 Washington St., New Holstein, driver and owner of the 1957 model MGA roadster, escaped serious injury.

Reiss gave investigating county traffic deputies this version of the accident:

He and Westcott were coming from the Elkhart Lake area on their way home to New Holstein about 1:15 a.m. Approaching the Marsh entrance at about 55 miles per hour, the sports car spun out of control on a curve and rolled over into the Herbert Henschel grain field on the north side of the road.

Passersby called the sheriff's department in Sheboygan and summoned Dr. John Martineau from nearby Elkhart Lake. The physician pronounced Westcott dead at the scene.

He attributed death to a broken neck and severe head injuries. Reiss, who was walking around in a daze following the crash, told officers he would contact his own doctor later.

Deputies Henry Hoppert, John Webb and Myron Frank reported the road was dry and the weather clear at the time. The top and rear of the car, along with a portion of a roadside fence, were damaged extensively.

Dr. Reed M. Simpson, Sheboygan County coroner, said today that no inquest is planned.

The body of Westcott, who had moved to New Holstein only a year and a half ago, was first brought to the county morgue at the courthouse in Sheboygan. Later, it was taken to the Erbe-Hoffmann Funeral Home at New Holstein.

The death puts the county about two months ahead of the local 1960 traffic fatality record. Last year's 12th victim was not recorded until Sept. 19. The total for 1960 was 21 deaths for the entire county.

The fatality raises the state's traffic toll for the year to 445, 21 ahead of a year ago.

Westcott, a native of Hillsdale County, Michigan, was born Dec. 4, 1941, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Westcott.

His father is also affiliated with Tecumseh, having moved his family to New Holstein from Maquoketa, Iowa, where Tracy received his high school education.

He belonged to St. Andrew's Lutheran Congregation.

Surviving, in addition to his wife and parents, are two sisters, Mrs. Royce Durke of Tecumseh, Mich., and Mrs. Raymond Sokol of Maquoketa, Iowa.

Funeral services are pending and will be announced Saturday by the Erbe-Hoffmann Funeral Home in New Holstein.

Funeral services for Tracy Westcott, 19, New Holstein, who was killed in an auto accident near Elkhart Lake early Friday, will be held at the Erbe-Hoffman Funeral Home, New Holstein at 2 p.m. Monday.

The Rev. Ernest Staehling, pastor of St. Andrew's Lutheran Church, Sheboygan will officiate. Burial will be in New Holstein City Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Sunday.

Paul Weinkoetz, 32, former county resident and son of Mrs. Katherine Weinkoetz of Elkhart Lake, died Friday night at the Wood, Wis., government hospital.

Funeral services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at the St. George Catholic church, Elkhart Lake.

He was born in St. Nazianz in 1915, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Peter Weinkoetz and moved to Elkhart Lake in 1921, joining the army in 1941. He served in the Pacific theater.

Survivors are his mother, six sisters, including Mrs. Russell Wodell of Manitowoc, and three brothers.

Mrs. Lily Bertha Wippermann, 34, town of Mosel resident, died early today at the family home after a long illness. She had been a patient at the Mayo clinic, Rochester, for nearly a year.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. from the home and at 2 o'clock from the St. Mark's Evangelical church, town of Mosel. Interment will be in Wildwood cemetery, Sheboygan. The body will lie in state at the home from Sunday until the hour of the funeral. The casket will not be opened at the church.

Mrs. Wippermann was born Lily Horneck, daughter of Henry and Bertha Bethke Horneck, on July 3, 1902. She was married to Hubert Wippermann on June 24, 1926.

Survivors are the widower, father, a three-year-old daughter, Louett, two brothers, Phillip Horneck of Millersville and Gordon Horneck of Howards Grove, and five sisters, Mrs. Walter Lindow, Elkhart Lake route 2, Mrs. Erma Routmann, Elkhart Lake route 1, Mrs. Paul Marx, Sheboygan, Mrs. Richard Sixel, Sheboygan route 1 and Mrs. Clarence Strange, Elkhart Lake route 1.

Mrs. Elizabeth Wagner, 78, of Rt. 1, Sheboygan, former Town of Liberty resident, died at the home in Howards Grove Wednesday.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Bethel Reformed Church in Ada, Sheboygan.

She was born Elizabeth Spindler in Herman, Sheboygan County, in 1878 and was married to Jacob Wagner in 1900. After settling in Kiel for several years the couple purchased a farm in Liberty which they operated for 34 years.

Surviving are four sons, Arthur of Howards Grove, Arno and Edward of Schleswig and Arvin of Greenbush and four sisters, including Mrs. Fred Maurer of Kiel. Her husband died in 1934.

Norman Weber, 49, of Random Lake, died Wednesday evening at St. Nicholas Hospital.

Mr. Weber, an employee of the J. E. Gilson Foundry in Port Washington, was brought to the hospital a week ago.

Born at Jericho (Calumet County), May 22, 1912, he was a son of the late Peter and Josephine Weber. He married Adeline Krebsbach at Marytown, May 29, 1934.

The couple moved to Random Lake 16 years ago.

Surviving are his wife; two brothers, Alvin, Random Lake, and Alfred, Fredonia; and four sisters, Mrs. Leo Hansen, New Holstein, Mrs. Louis Mueller, Chilton, Mrs. Anton Broeckel, Charlesburg, and Mrs. Frank Preisnner, Jericho.

The requiem Mass will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Random Lake, following 9:40 family rites at the Wilk Funeral Home. Celebrant of the Mass will be the Rev. Joseph Schwinn, pastor. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Marytown.

Friends may call at Wilk's after 2 p.m. Friday. Men of the St. Mary's Holy Name Society will recite the Rosary there at 8 p.m. Friday.

An 80-year-old Sheboygan woman was killed and 10 other persons were injured - two of them critically - in a two-car crash Friday night on U.S. Highway 141 at Playbird Road north of Erdman.

The victim is Mrs. Lana E. Winkel of 1608 N. 18th St., a passenger in a car driven by John A. Pfister, 18, of 520-A S. 8th St.

Pfister was listed in critical condition at a late morning hour today in St. Nicholas Hospital, having received a possible neck fracture. Karen Winkel, 23, of 1408 Grand Ave., also a passenger in Pfister's auto, is also in critical condition in St. Nicholas with "multiple injuries".

A hospital spokesman said x-rays were being taken to determine the extent of their injuries, but had no report.

The traffic fatality was the 13th in Sheboygan County this year and the third one in two weeks. The 13th accident fatality last year, when a total of 14 occurred, took place on Aug. 12.

According to sheriff's deputies, who received the call at 9:50 p.m., the accident occurred when Pfister drove his car from Playbird Road into the path of an auto operated by Calvin K. Peterson, 43, of 1911 N. 15th St., Sheboygan, which was headed north on 141.

Others in Pfister's car receiving injuries were Sephora J. Pfister, 46, of 2307 N. 40th St., facial lacerations, and Thomas Winkel, 42, of 1408 Grand Ave., chest and abdominal injuries. Both are reported in satisfactory condition at St. Nicholas.

Another passenger, Kenneth J. Kregel, 41, of 516 S. 8th St., received lacerations to his forehead and was treated and released.

Peterson was reported in satisfactory condition in Sheboygan Memorial Hospital, with a possible facture of his right wrist.

Also in Memorial are two passengers in Peterson's car, Pauline M. Wagner, 27, of 1424 S. 8th St, and Janet L. Gorr, 44, of 1911 N. 15th St. They are also listed in satisfactory condition, with x-rays to be taken to determine the extent of their injuries.

Treated and released at Memorial were two other passengers in the Peterson auto, James A. Wagner, 37, of 1515 New Jersey Ave., and Jodine A. Gorr, 14, of 1911 N. 15th St.

Mrs. Winkel was pronounced dead at St. Nicholas by deputy coroner Dr. Robert Keller. The doctor said her death was due to shock, and deputies reported she also received broken legs.

All of the victims were taken to the hospitals by Sertich ambulances. Robert Sertich said the accident scene was "a mess - I haven't seen on like that in a long time."

One lane of traffic was blocked on 141, and a sizeable crowd of onlookers was attracted to the scene, he said.

No charges have yet been issued by the Sheriff's Department, pending further investigation.

Mrs. Winkel, the widow of Anton, was born July 7, 1894, a daughter of the late Arthur and Mary Mason.

Her marriage to Mr. Winkel took place Nov. 17, 1916, in St. Mary Catholic Church, Stockbridge.

Following marriage the couple farmed near Stockbridge. Mr. Winkel died in 1956.

Mrs. Winkel came to Sheboygan last month to live with her son, Thomas.

She was a member of St. Mary Parish, Stockbridge.

Surviving, in addition to the Sheboygan son, Thomas, are two other sons, Arthur of Manitowoc and Cyril of Two Rivers; 23 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren; a brother, Louis in Florida, and a half-sister, Mrs. Addie Blanchard of New Holstein.

The funeral Mass will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in St. Mary Church, Stockbridge, with the Rev. David Koehn, pastor, celebrant. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.

Friends may call at the Fargo Funeral Home in Stockbridge after 6:30 p.m. Monday.

Mrs. Anna Walgenbach, 79, of St. Cloud, died late Friday afternoon at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Andrew Quackenboss, of R. 1, St. Cloud. She had been in ill health for the past six weeks. Born Sept. 1, 1874 at St. Cloud, a daughter of Joseph and Margaret Maurer Feldner, her marriage to Joseph Walgenbach was solemnized on May 4, 1896. The couple made their home in St. Cloud since their marriage. Mrs. Walgenbach was a member of the Christian Mothers Society of St. Claudius parish and the Third Order of St. Francis. Survivors are two daughters, Mrs. Andrew Quackenboss of R. 1, St. Cloud, and Mrs. Alvis Vogds, Sheboygan Falls; a brother Adrian, of St. Cloud, two sisters, Mrs. William Baumann and Mrs. Fred Will, St. Cloud; seven grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Her husband, one son, Roman, four brothers and a sister preceded her in death. Funeral services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Monday at the Lisowe Funeral Home, St. Cloud, and at 10 a.m at St. Claudius Church. The Rev. Roman Stoffel, pastor, will be the celebrant. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. The body will lie in state at the funeral home after noon Sunday.

Roman P. Waltenbach (sic Walgenbach), 51, of St. Cloud, died at his home Wednesday evening after a lingering illness. He had been a trucker at St. Cloud for the past 20 years. A native of Dotyville, Mr. Waltenbach was born May 31, 1899, the son of Joseph and Anna Feldner Waltenbach, and wa married to Hildegarde Simon, of Johnsburg, at Johnsburg on May 23, 1922. He operated a meat market at Johnsburg and Oakfield for a few years before entering the trucking business at St. Cloud. He leaves his widow, his mother and two sisters, Mrs. Andrew Quackenboss of St. Cloud and Mrs. Alois Vogds of Sheboygan Falls. His father preceded him in death. Mr. Waltenbach wa a member of the Holy Name and St. Claudius societies of St. Cloud and a member of the Isaac Walton league of Fond du Lac. He served several terms on the St. Cloud village board. Funeral srvices will be held at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at the Lisowe Funeral home, St. Cloud, and at 10 a.m. at St. Claudius church there. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Friends may call at the funerla home from this evening until time of services.

Funeral services for Roman Walgenbach, who passed away at his home in St. Cloud Wednesday, were held at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at the Lisowe Funeral home and at 10 a.m. at St. Claudius Catholic church, St. Cloud. The Rev. Meinrad Linder, O.F.M. Cap., officiated and burial was made in the churh cemetery. Honorary pallbearers were Joseph Ausloos, Ben M. Baus, Arthur Schmitz, Emil Dreifuerst, John Baus and Ambrose Feldner. Active pallbearers were Leander Vogds, Harvey Wagner, Irwin Eiring, Roman, Allen and Francis Quackenboss. Joseph Walgenbach, 60, lifetime resident of St. Cloud and ... died at his home in the village of St. Cloud at 7:30 o�clock Tuesday morning. He suffered a stroke on Thursday. Mr. Walgen bach was born in the town of Empire September 7, 1874. He is survived by his widow and children, Roman and Mrs. Andrew Quackenboss of St. Cloud and Mrs. Alois Vogds of Sheboygan Falls, six grandchildren, two brothers, William and Frank Walgenbach of Fond du Lac and a sister Mrs. Sebastian Moersch also a resident of Fond du Lac. Funeral service will be conducted Friday morning at 9:45 o�clock from the family residence and at 10:00 o�clock at the St. Claudius church. The Rev. Stephen Zohlen will officiate and interment will be ... the adjoining cemetery.

David J. Wallner, 69, of W2855 County Road V, Sheboygan Falls, died on Saturday morning, Aug. 20, 2011, at the Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice following a lengthy illness. David was born on July 20, 1942, in the Sheboygan, son of the late Joseph and Adeline (Lorenz) Wallner. He attended Sheboygan Falls High School.

David married the late Judith A. Simmelink in the town of Wilson on Dec. 7, 1963. She preceded him in death on April 21, 2002. David was a repairman at Tecumseh in Sheboygan Falls for over 35 years before his retirement in 2000.

David was a member of the Five Corners Snowmobile Club and was active in the 4-H Horse Project. He enjoyed snowmobiling, hunting, fishing, four-wheeling, traveling and cash cropping. He cherished spending time with his grandchildren and with family at the family cabin in Tomahawk.

David is survived by two daughters and their husbands; one son and his wife; five grandchildren; his father-in-law; two sisters and a brother-in-law; two brothers and their wives; and one brother-in-law.

David was preceded in death by his wife, Judy; parents; and one sister, Adele Hahn.

A funeral service to celebrate David's life will be held at the Wenig Funeral Home in Sheboygan Falls, at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 23, 2011. Burial will follow at St. Mary Cemetery.

Friends may greet the family at the Wenig Funeral Home in Sheboygan Falls, on Monday from 4 to 7 p.m. and on Tuesday, from 9 a.m. until the time of the service.

A memorial fund is being established in his name.

The staff of the Wenig Funeral Home in Sheboygan Falls is serving the Wallner family.
