Mary C. Young - Sheboygan County Historical Review - Fourth Quarter 1909
Jerry Head shared this information

After an illness which lasted for more than a year, Mrs. Mary C. Young died at her home in Sheboygan on October 13, 1909. For nearly a year she was obliged to keep to her bed. On October 16, funeral services were held, the Rev. James W. White officiating, after which the remains were taken to Two Rivers for interment.

Mrs. Young, whose maiden name was Mary C. Conine, was born in Saugerties, New York, on September 10, 1847. In 1862 she removed with her parents to Two Rivers, where they still reside. On June 2, 1870, she was united in marriage to Edgar H. Young, whose death occurred about seven years ago. One daughter, Miss Bessie of Sheboygan, survives, besides her parents and brothers and sisters.

She was prominent as well as popular in social circles, and her demise grieved her many friends.
