William & Sarah Ann ADDERSON
(née JARROD)
Sarah Ann JARROD was born on 4th Dec 1850 in West Dereham, Norfolk to Henry and Mary JARROD, sister to my gt g'ma Jessie. She married William ADDERSON on 1 Nov 1871 at Marham church. They lived in Marham, Crimplesham and Stradsett. In 1901 they were running the Foldgate Inn at Stradsett. (William was licensee 1900 - 1904, then Sarah between 1908-1912). William died in 1906 and Sarah in 1926. William is buried in the beautiful little churchyard at Stradsett. In 1917 Sarah moved from Stradsett to Fern Villa, Lynn Rd, Downham.(This was recorded on her son Robert's WW1 service record). She died on 1 July 1926 in Chadwell Heath, Essex.
